Nike is set to revisit its early-2000s performance archive with the return of the Nike Air Flightposite 3, scheduled for Spring 2027. First introduced in 2001, the model has never received a retro release, making this comeback a notable moment for longtime fans of the Flightposite line.

Designed by Eric Avar as part of Nike’s Alpha Project era, the Flightposite 3 followed the Flightposite One and Flightposite 2, continuing the brand’s push into futuristic basketball footwear. While it wasn’t tied to a single signature athlete, the model still made appearances on NBA courts in the early 2000s, worn by players like Kevin Garnett and Allan Houston. More recently, Montrezl Harrell brought attention back to the silhouette in 2019 with a Metallic Gold pair.

The design stands out for its bold construction and visual identity. A molded Foamposite upper shapes the base, while holographic side panels create a distinctive “eye-like” effect. Performance elements include forefoot and ankle straps, a Dynamic-fit sleeve, breathable mesh sections, Zoom Air cushioning, and a carbon fiber shank for stability.

Although original releases included several color options, the Battlegrounds series remains a fan favorite, featuring Midnight Navy, Metallic Gold, and Metallic Silver styles. For the 2027 return, three colorways are expected, though exact details have yet to be confirmed.

Black mesh uppers start to fade out as tones of Blue Crystal appear throughout the midfoot and heel. This gradient effect carries the visual weight of the design, while glossy TPU cage overlays lock in structure and preserve the model’s signature wave pattern. Branding stays restrained, with a tonal mini Swoosh allowing the color transition to lead.

A new season is starting to take shape as Supreme pulls back the curtain on its Spring/Summer 2026 collection. The first drop is set for February 26th at 11 AM ET, releasing online and in stores, giving a clear timeline for what’s next.

Collaborations are at the forefront of Supreme SS26 with Spider-Man headlining in their own Vanson constructed leather capsule. The collab features jackets and shorts in colorful finishes accompanied by knits, hoodies and staples. Ghostface also debuts outerwear, knitwear and accessories in GORE-TEX. It also expands into jewelry with a collab with Jacob & Co.

Elsewhere, returning partners help ground the season. The Misfits capsule brings back punk-rooted graphics across outerwear and jerseys, while The Great China Wall continues its focus on reworked materials and detailed embellishments. This release continues the long-running partnership between Palace and Vans, which is approaching its five-year mark. While Palace has recently made noise through projects with Nike and expanded retail concepts in London, its connection with Vans remains a core part of its skate-focused output.

The Vans Low 2 builds on the foundation of the original model introduced in 2023. Designed with performance in mind, the updated silhouette features Vans’ advanced vulcanized construction. Key elements include impact-absorbing cushioning, reinforced durability panels, and a grippy rubber outsole built for consistent board feel and control.

From a design standpoint, the shoe keeps things clean and modern. Curved paneling shapes the upper, while a sock-like inner construction enhances fit and comfort. Subtle branding details, including Palace’s signature logo and dragon-inspired graphics, give the shoe a distinct identity without overwhelming the overall look.

The Palace Skateboards x Vans Low 2 will release in three colorways—White, Black/Gum, and Yellow/Black—on February 27, 2026 through Palace’s official channels and retail locations.
