Jordan Brand’s 2026 calendar continues to take shape, and one of the standout Holiday releases is a new collaboration with Free The Youth. The Ghana-based collective brings its cultural storytelling to the Air Jordan 3, adding another meaningful chapter to its growing partnership with the brand, which is also expected to include an Air Jordan 16 in Summer 2026.

A new mockup has now surfaced, offering a clearer idea of what the Free The Youth x Air Jordan 3 may look like. While not official, the rendering aligns with early reports and gives fans a stronger preview of the anticipated design direction.

The updated mockup showcases a bold pink upper contrasted by brown mudguard overlays and a black midsole. Purple elephant print wraps the heel, while vibrant yellow laces and teal eyelets introduce added energy. A blue perforated underlay appears near the collar, and “FTY” branding is displayed on the heel in mint green, replacing traditional Nike Air placement. The color execution feels expressive and layered, consistent with Free The Youth’s identity-driven approach.

Founded by Jonathan Coffie, Kelly Foli, Winfred Mensah, and Richard Kweku Ormano, Free The Youth has built its platform around empowering African youth while bridging global art and fashion communities. That cultural lens is expected to carry into the final product, even if details evolve before release.

Free The Youth Air Jordan 3 Release Date

The Free The Youth x Air Jordan 3 is scheduled to release in two phases. The first launch will take place on December 4, 2026, directly through Free The Youth. A wider release will follow on December 11, 2026, arriving at select NBHD retailers and through SNKRS. Pricing has not yet been confirmed.
