Coca-Cola And adidas Bring Classic Branding To Six Sneaker Icons

The Coca-Cola x adidas Originals Collection is set to drop June 3, 2026, with a full lineup that includes the Samba, Superstar, Superstar II, Adistar Control 5, Megaride F50, and ClimaCool 1. Coca-Cola’s signature red, black, silver, white, and cream color palette appears across the range, giving each pair a clear connection to the brand’s classic look.

The adidas Adistar Control 5 stands out with bold red mesh and metallic silver overlays. This pair leans into the drink brand’s classic red packaging while keeping the model’s early-2000s runner feel. Meanwhile, the Superstar II takes a cleaner approach with cream leather, black heel tabs, and large “Enjoy Coca-Cola” graphics across the upper.

The Megaride F50 adds one of the collection’s more playful details. Its translucent cushioning unit features water droplet graphics, giving the shoe a refreshing summer feel. Other pairs continue the theme with Coca-Cola logos, vintage typography, mascot graphics, and co-branded accents.

The Coca-Cola x adidas Collection is currently expected to release June 3, 2026. An official announcement should arrive before the end of May, giving fans a closer look at pricing, availability, and the full rollout.

DJ Khaled Gives First Look At The 2026 Air Jordan 3 “True Blue”

DJ Khaled’s latest sneaker haul may have quietly revealed one of Jordan Brand’s biggest 2026 retros. The Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” is currently expected to release July 18th, bringing back the original 1988 colorway for another run.

Only the heel has surfaced so far, but the preview already confirms an important detail. The upcoming Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” appears to feature Nike Air branding on the back tab, keeping the pair closer to the original release and the 2016 retro.

The “True Blue” colorway remains one of the Air Jordan 3s most recognizable looks. Its mix of white leather, blue accents, grey elephant print, and red detailing helped separate it from other early Jordan 3 releases. Even with just a partial look, that heel branding will be a major talking point for longtime collectors.

Jordan Brand has brought the “True Blue” back several times over the years, including releases in 2001, 2009, 2011, and 2016. Michael Jordan did not wear the original pair with the Chicago Bulls, but he later wore the 2001 retro during his Washington Wizards era.

Nike Air branding matters more on OG Jordan colorways because it connects the retro to its original era. On the Air Jordan 3, that heel tab plays a major role in the shoe’s identity, especially for collectors who prefer original-style details.

The Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” is expected to release July 18, 2026. More photos, sizing, pricing, and launch details should surface as the release gets closer.

Carpet Company x Salomon XT-Whisper Void “Habibi Express” Limited To 1,720 Pairs

Carpet Company brings its Baltimore-built identity to Salomon with a limited XT-Whisper Void release inspired by the brand’s “Habibi Express” van. The Carpet Company x Salomon XT-Whisper Void releases May 16th at Carpet Company’s Baltimore flagship, May 17th online at 8 PM ET, and May 21st through Salomon.

The collaboration is limited to 1,720 pairs, with the number nodding to 1720 Llewelyn Ave, the Baltimore warehouse tied to the “Habibi Express.” Each pair includes co-branding and individual numbering on the insole, giving the release a personal connection to Carpet Company’s home base.

The colorway pulls directly from Carpet Company’s 1995 Honda Acty Street van. A glossy upper shifts between deep red and warm orange tones, while yellow traction underfoot adds a trail-ready contrast. Cobalt blue lines the collar, and the neon lime insole gives the shoe another loud hit of color.

The XT-Whisper Void’s technical build gives the story more room to work. Black mesh openings, molded overlays, and Salomon’s trail-inspired tooling keep the silhouette functional, while the iridescent TPU panels reference the reflective windows of the van.

Carpet Company’s DIY background makes this collaboration feel more personal than a standard color swap. Founded by brothers Ayman and Osama Abdeldayem in 2016, the brand built its name through hand-screen-printed apparel, skate decks, and a strong local identity.

The Carpet Company x Salomon XT-Whisper Void blends skate culture, outdoor design, and a real Baltimore reference into one of Salomon’s more colorful collaborations. With only 1,720 pairs releasing, this drop should move quickly across its staggered launch dates.

Jose Alvarado Gets AND1 Mad Game Pro “Knicks” PEs

Jose Alvarado is bringing AND1 back into the NBA spotlight with two special Mad Game Pro “Knicks” player exclusives. The New York guard was gifted the pairs ahead of the Eastern Conference Finals, giving the brand a timely stage during the Knicks’ playoff run.

The Jose Alvarado AND1 Knicks PE arrives in two team-inspired makeups. One pair uses a white, blue, and orange color scheme, while the other flips to a black, blue, and orange look. Both versions feature bold orange detailing, gum-style outsoles, zip shrouds, and AND1 branding reworked with a Knicks-style circular logo on the tongue.

Alvarado has been wearing AND1 sneakers throughout the playoffs, making this PE moment feel like more than a random one-off. His hard-nosed playing style lines up well with AND1’s streetball background, especially for a brand trying to rebuild visibility around players with real on-court energy.

AND1 has also been making a wider push with Grayson Boucher, better known as “The Professor,” returning as a brand ambassador and director of talent. His role includes promoting the brand, helping recruit athletes, and launching his own signature line, which adds more context to AND1’s current comeback effort.

The Mad Game Pro “Knicks” PEs feel built for the moment. New York’s colors, Alvarado’s connection to the city, and AND1’s basketball history all come together on a sneaker that looks made for playoff attention.

Jose Alvarado is expected to wear the AND1 Mad Game Pro “Knicks” PEs when the Knicks take the floor for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals on May 19th. No retail release details have been announced.

In-Hand Look At The Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 “Midnight Navy” and “Playful Pink”

Awake NY’s next Jordan Brand project is officially taking shape with two Air Jordan 6 colorways expected for 2026. The “Playful Pink” pair is currently set to release first on August 29, 2026, followed by the “Midnight Navy” colorway in September, with both pairs priced at $230 each.

The Awake NY Air Jordan 6 pack continues the New York label’s growing Jordan partnership after its Air Jordan 5 collaboration gained major attention. This time, Awake shifts to the Air Jordan 6, a fitting choice as the model celebrates its 35th anniversary and remains tied to Michael Jordan’s first NBA championship.

The “Midnight Navy” colorway brings a layered blue setup to the classic silhouette. Dark navy covers the collar and heel, while lighter blue tones appear across the midfoot, laces, and overlays. Infrared stitching and accents cut through the upper, adding the same sharp contrast seen across both pairs.

The “Playful Pink” edition gives the release a louder second option. Pink shades cover most of the upper, while black and Infrared hits help connect it to the matching navy pair. Awake NY’s “A” logo appears on the side panel, giving the collaboration a clear brand stamp without overpowering the Air Jordan 6 shape.

Both pairs feature textured paneling, translucent tongue details, visible Air cushioning, black midsoles, Infrared speckled accents, and icy translucent outsoles. The included hangtag and Awake NY branding add more collectible appeal, especially for fans who followed the brand’s earlier Air Jordan 5 project.

Awake NY’s Air Jordan 6 pack gives the silhouette a strong streetwear update while keeping the model’s bold 1990s basketball DNA intact. With two distinct colorways arriving close together, this release should be one of Jordan Brand’s bigger collaboration stories heading into late Summer 2026.

Nike Kobe Air Force 1 Low Protro “Denim” Releases May 22nd

UPDATE 5/13/26: Nike has confirmed that the Kobe Air Force 1 Protro “Denim” will release May 22nd for $150 USD via SNKRS. This marks the first time the unreleased 2006 PE will see a retail release.

Original Story 5/5/26:
The Kobe Bryant x Nike Air Force 1 Protro “Denim” brings one of Kobe’s rarest lifestyle pairs back into focus. Originally tied to a limited 2006 player-exclusive run, the denim-covered Air Force 1 now appears set for a wider Protro release.

This first look shows a build that stays close to the original pair. Dark navy denim covers most of the upper, while lighter grey denim panels add contrast across the toe, midfoot, and heel. Bright orange stitching outlines the overlays, Swoosh, and eyestay, giving the shoe its signature denim-workwear feel.

Kobe branding adds another important detail to the design. His Sheath logo appears in orange near the heel, while white laces and a clean white midsole balance the darker upper. A bold orange outsole completes the colorway and gives the pair a strong finish from top to bottom.

The Protro update should also make this release more wearable than the early PE version. Nike is expected to include a ReactX drop-in midsole, bringing modern comfort to the classic Air Force 1 shape. That detail helps connect Kobe’s performance legacy with a lifestyle model built for everyday use.

The Nike Kobe Air Force 1 Protro “Denim” releases May 22nd, 2026. The pair will be available in men’s sizing for $150 USD. More launch details should surface soon as Nike continues expanding Kobe’s Air Force 1 Protro lineup.

Chief Keef Reveals New Pharrell x adidas Adistar Jellyfish “Black/Green” Colorway

Chief Keef has added more fuel to the adidas Jellyfish conversation after previewing a new Black and Green colorway on Instagram Stories. The pair has not been confirmed for retail, and no release date or pricing has been announced.

The adidas Jellyfish “Black/Green” edition gives Pharrell Williams’ bold adidas model a darker shift from earlier pairs. Instead of using a lighter base with bright overlays, this version leans on a black foundation with white paneling and vivid green accents across the upper.

The sneaker’s layered build remains the main talking point. Oversized side details, chunky tooling, and sharp overlay work give the Jellyfish its standout shape, while the green hits bring extra contrast around the toe, side panels, heel, and midsole areas. The darker base also makes this pair feel more aggressive than the cleaner “Royal” and “Triple Black” releases that helped introduce the model.

Chief Keef’s early look is also notable because he was recently seen wearing the unreleased Hot Pink adidas Jellyfish. His repeated access to upcoming pairs has sparked questions about a possible adidas Originals connection, though nothing has been officially announced.

Pharrell’s adidas Jellyfish has quickly become one of the brand’s most watched lifestyle sneakers, thanks to its bulky shape and loud color direction. This Black and Green pair keeps that energy alive while showing how different the silhouette can look with a darker setup.

For now, the adidas Jellyfish “Black/Green” remains an early preview. More details should surface if adidas confirms a wider launch or reveals whether Chief Keef is connected to a future rollout.

Air Jordan 1 Low “Chile Red” Keeps It Clean With Bold Red And White Blocking

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Chile Red” brings a bold red-and-white look to Jordan Brand’s Summer 2026 lineup

Chile Red leather overlays cover the toe, eyestays, Swoosh, collar, and heel, giving the low-top a strong Chicago-style presence. Summit White leather lands on the toe box, side panels, and tongue, keeping the color blocking clean and familiar. The simple layout makes the bright red panels stand out without overcomplicating the design.

Black accents add small but important details across the shoe. A mini Swoosh appears near the forefoot, while a black Jumpman logo sits on the white tongue. The heel also features black Wings embroidery, adding a classic Air Jordan finish to the back of the shoe.

Pure Platinum appears on the outsole, giving the sneaker a softer finish underfoot. White laces and a white midsole complete the look, balancing the bold upper with a clean everyday feel. While the colorway feels familiar, the sharp execution should make it an easy pickup for fans of red Air Jordan 1s.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Chile Red” is set to release in Summer 2026 for $130. Expect pairs to arrive through Nike.com and select Jordan Brand retailers.

JJJJound Reworks The Vans Half Cab With Subtle Suede Details

JJJJound is bringing its clean design language back to Vans with another release of its Half Cab collaboration. The Montreal studio’s latest drop includes the familiar “Black” and “Crimson” colorways, both keeping the focus on premium materials, muted colors, and subtle branding.

Both colorways feature a suede upper with a more refined shape than the standard Half Cab. The build appears to use less padding, giving the shoe a slimmer lifestyle look instead of a heavily padded skate-ready feel. That cleaner profile fits JJJJound’s usual approach, where restraint and texture do most of the work.

The “Black” pair keeps things simple with dark suede panels, tonal stitching, and off-white accents across the tongue, laces, and midsole. The “Crimson” pair follows the same layout but swaps the upper for a deep burgundy shade, creating a softer vintage feel while still staying understated.

JJJJound also reworks the traditional Half Cab side tag with a debossed collar stamp. The detail blends into the suede instead of standing out, which gives the collaboration a more premium and minimal finish.

The JJJJound x Vans Half Cab pack is expected to release May 19th exclusively through Vans. While pricing has not been officially confirmed, the pairs will likely retail around $120 USD, matching last year’s launch.

AURALEE x New Balance 204L Releases in Brown and Cream

AURALEE and New Balance are bringing their 204L collaboration to retail after first previewing the project during Paris Fashion Week last June.

The AURALEE x New Balance 204L Collection includes two understated colorways: Brown and Cream. Both pairs follow the Japanese label’s clean design language, using muted tones and premium materials instead of loud branding or oversized details.

The Cream pair features a mesh base with leather overlays, giving the shoe a lighter, more breathable look. Meanwhile, the Brown version takes a richer approach with suede and soft nubuck replacing the mesh construction entirely. This gives the darker pair a more refined, seasonal feel.

AURALEE keeps the branding minimal across both pairs. Co-branded details appear on the insoles, while the rest of the shoe sticks with standard 204L markings, including New Balance logos on the tongue and side panels.

The shoes continue the brand’s strong run of quiet, premium collaborations. With its simple color palette and elevated material choices, this release should appeal to fans of minimalist footwear and New Balance lifestyle models.

Wales Bonner continues to expand her adidas catalog with the debut of the Wales Bonner x adidas Y-3 Field Lizzard, a soccer-inspired lifestyle model with a premium fashion edge. The silhouette brings together adidas’ sport heritage, Y-3’s elevated design language, and Wales Bonner’s detail-focused approach.

The upper introduces a rich brown leather build with a reptile-textured finish across the side panels. Black leather overlays run from the eyelets down toward the toe, giving the shoe a sharp, structured look. A black tongue adds contrast, while visible stitching nods to Wales Bonner’s signature design style.

Textural details continue around the heel, where a more tactile reptilian leather adds depth to the design. Nike Air Diamond Turf Max 96 Low “Black/White” Releases May 22nd

UPDATE 5/12/26: The Nike Air Diamond Turf Max 96 Low “Black/White” is set to release May 22nd via SNKRS. Available in men’s and kids’ sizing, the retail for the adult pairs are set at $170 USD.

Original Story 4/1/26:
Deion Sanders’ signature line continues to build momentum, and now it’s stepping into new territory. The classic Nike Air DT Max 96 is being reworked into a low-top version, signaling a fresh direction for one of Nike’s most recognizable ’90s designs.

This new low-cut edition keeps the DNA of the original intact while adjusting it for a more seasonal feel. The bulky, aggressive shape remains, along with the signature side cut-outs that reveal a mesh base. However, the shortened collar gives the shoe a lighter, more casual edge that fits better with warmer weather styling. The approach mirrors how Nike has modernized other retro models, trimming them down without losing their identity.

To introduce the updated silhouette, Nike leans on a familiar color scheme. The white, black, and gold combination returns, staying true to the look that helped define the original high-top version. It’s a safe but effective choice that connects longtime fans to the new build.

The Nike Air DT Max 96 Low is expected to release May 22, 2026 through select retailers and Nike.com. It will be offered in adult and grade school sizing, with adult pairs retailing for $170.

Caitlin Clark’s Next Nike Kobe 5 Protro PE Drops June 2026

Caitlin Clark’s Nike Kobe run continues with another clean player-edition-inspired release heading into 2026. The Caitlin Clark x Nike Kobe 5 Protro “Coconut Milk/Bright Spruce” is set to release in June 2026 for $190 in unisex sizing.

The pair uses a Coconut Milk base across the upper, giving the performance model a softer, vintage-leaning look. Bright Spruce adds contrast on the support overlays, Swoosh, liner, and outsole, while a red tongue badge gives the shoe its sharpest pop of color.

Kobe branding stays front and center with the white sheath logo placed over the red tongue panel. Clark’s connection to the Kobe line continues to grow with each new pair, and this colorway feels more refined than loud. It still has enough color to stand out on court, but the cream and teal mix keeps it wearable off court too.

Additional details include cream laces, a matching midsole, Bright Spruce traction zones, and Caitlin Clark’s signature on the heel. The outsole also features red hits underfoot, tying back to the tongue and completing the shoe’s balanced color story.

Style code IZ1852-100 is attached to the pair, with availability expected through SNKRS and select retailers. Official launch details should become clearer as the June window gets closer.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Ghostface” Releases Halloween 2026

Nike is already building toward Halloween 2026 with a horror-themed Air Force 1 Low inspired by the Scream movie franchise. Known as the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Ghostface”, the pair brings a slasher-style look to one of Nike’s most classic silhouettes.

The design features a white leather upper covered with black distressed detailing, giving the shoe a worn and scratched appearance. Its slashed Swooshes add to the horror theme, while the black midsole and outsole create a strong contrast underfoot. Red accents on the lace tips, mini Swoosh, and heel branding add a sharp pop of color that fits the movie-inspired concept.

Ghostface references continue across the shoe with several standout details. The tongue includes bold white “Nike” branding that appears to nod to the classic Scream logo style. A custom lace dubrae shaped like a cordless phone adds one of the sneaker’s most creative touches, referencing the franchise’s unforgettable phone-call scenes.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Ghostface” is expected to release during the Halloween 2026 season in men’s sizing. A launch around October 31st would make sense, though Nike has not confirmed full release details yet.

Freddie Gibbs x Mizuno Sneaker Collab Expected For 2027

Freddie Gibbs is bringing his sharp style and global influence to Mizuno Sportstyle. The GRAMMY Award-winning rapper from Gary, Indiana, has officially joined the Japanese sportswear brand as its new Global Brand Ambassador. This marks a major moment for Mizuno, as Gibbs becomes the company’s first non-athlete to lead the brand in this role.

Gibbs’ relationship with Mizuno began during Paris Fashion Week in June 2025. The rapper performed at the brand’s showroom during the launch of the Mizuno Our Wave Prophecy Morelia Neo, helping connect the performance-focused label with a wider fashion and music audience.

Mizuno introduced the partnership with campaign imagery captured during Gibbs’ recent trip to Japan. The visuals show him visiting Mizuno’s headquarters in Osaka, practicing samurai sword techniques, hitting the batting cages, and training at Casanova Gym in Tokyo. Each setting blends Gibbs’ personality with Mizuno’s deep Japanese roots and athletic heritage.

The partnership will also include footwear, with the first Freddie Gibbs Mizuno sneaker collab expected to release in early 2027. Details remain limited, but the project adds another layer to Mizuno Sportstyle’s growing lifestyle push and gives the brand a stronger voice in music-driven sneaker culture.

Freddie Gibbs joining Mizuno gives the brand a fresh cultural lane beyond traditional sports. With music, fashion, and performance all part of the rollout, the Freddie Gibbs x Mizuno sneaker collab could become one of Mizuno’s most interesting lifestyle releases yet.
