The Air Jordan 4 “Bred” is already shaping up to be one of Jordan Brand’s biggest releases of 2026. Now expected to launch on November 28, 2026, the return looks focused on getting the details right, bringing back the classic colorway with Nike Air branding and a build that stays closer to the original 1989 design.
The Air Jordan 4 Bred 2026 keeps the signature elements that made the pair iconic. A black nubuck upper sets the tone, while Cement Grey and Fire Red accents bring back the familiar color blocking fans have known for decades. Just as important, Nike Air branding on the heel helps restore that true OG feel.
Jordan Brand also appears to be paying closer attention to shape on this release. Early details point to a slimmer toe, cleaner cuts, and a more accurate overall form. The pair is also expected to feature white edging inspired by the original version, along with classic Michael Jordan face box packaging.
This colorway holds a special place in Jordan history, from Michael Jordan wearing it during the 1989 All-Star Game to memorable retro releases in 1999 and 2019. After the “Bred Reimagined” took a different approach in 2024, this version looks ready to bring back the original feel many fans have been waiting for.
