We have previewed these Nike Zoom KD IV “Photo Blue” a couple times and now it looks like they are starting to arrive to retailers. Much like the LeBron 8 V/2 “Entourage” color scheme, the Nike Zoom KD IV “Photo Blue” features a White base with Tour Yellow and Photo Blue accents throughout. The KD IV “Photo Blue” have already started arriving to retailers like Mr. R Sports.
