Nike Basketball has designed a special edition Nike Kyrie 1 for the weekend’s Academy event at The Hangar in Santa Monica, the Nike Kyrie 1 “Warhawk” edition.
The tournament takes place on June 26-29, it brings the nations’ top High School and college guards, wings and bigs to compete under one roof. They’ll be instructed by Nike Basketball’s top athletes like, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and Anthony Davis.
This particular Nike Kyrie 1 “Warhawk” is one of the many goodies these athletes will receive. The shoe features a fighter aircraft detailing having a rusted Brown base with a flight patch logo, a Black and Yellow checkered heel counter, and the number ‘2’ in Black on the upper heel overlaying a Blue and White sky.
As of right now there is no set release date scheduled for this Nike Kyrie 1 “Warhawk” as they’re expected to be a friends and family Elite Youth Basketball League release only.
