adidas Samba “Deer Print” Releases September 2026

The adidas Samba “Deer Print” dresses up the classic terrace shoe with one of its more unique material offerings. Instead of smooth leather, this shoe is crafted with pony hair featuring splotchy white dots all over.

Brown Desert makes up most of the upper on this shoe, from the toe box, to the sides, eyestays, and heel. Warm Vanilla leather is featured on the Three Stripes branding and back tab interrupting the pattern, while Wonder Mauve leather is used on the shoe’s laces, tongue, lining, and tongue label. One other pop of color comes from a gold Trefoil logo on the tongue.

Outside of its artistic upper, the adidas Samba “Deer Print” doesn’t deviate too much from what you’d expect from the shoe. The silhouette remains slim, the panels are still stitched together, and gum rubber is used on the outsole. As you can probably tell by now, you won’t miss those details underneath all of the deer visuals.

You can cop the adidas Samba “Deer Print” starting September 1, 2026. It drops in a Brown Desert/Warm Vanilla-Wonder Mauve colorway and will retail for $110 through adidas.com and select retailers.

Song for the Mute x adidas Adizero Evo SL “Dove Grey” Releases August 20th

Song for the Mute is adding another adidas Adizero Evo SL to its growing collaboration, this time dressing the lightweight runner in a muted “Dove Grey” finish. Grey mesh covers the upper, but the pair gets most of its personality from oversized hand-drawn graphics, including branches that stretch across the toe and “Run, Run, Run” text along the medial forefoot.

More messaging appears on the tongue, where “slow down” adds a contrasting phrase to the running-themed text below. Song for the Mute branding is worked into the tongue stabilizer and lateral midsole, keeping the collaboration visible without changing the overall shape of the Evo SL.

Ahead of the launch, Song for the Mute is also linking with Sydney’s A.P. Bakery and A.P. Run Club for a community run during the weekend before the release.

The Song for the Mute x adidas Adizero Evo SL “Dove Grey” releases August 20, 2026 through Song for the Mute, adidas, and select retailers. The unisex release will retail for $180.

New Balance 991v2 Goes Full Brown For Fall 2026

Rich brown shades cover the latest New Balance 991v2, giving the Made in England runner a darker look built around suede, mesh, and muted detailing.

Pigskin suede wraps the mudguard, eyestays, collar, and heel, while open mesh fills the toe box and side panels. Slightly lighter brown overlays break up the upper, joined by dark gray “N” logos and light contrast stitching. Tonal laces, reflective accents, Made in England tongue labels, and embroidered “v2” branding on the heel finish the upper.

The darker treatment continues underfoot with a charcoal FuelCell and ENCAP midsole. Smoked ABZORB SBS pods appear at the heel and forefoot, while a black rubber outsole completes the design.

Retailers including atmos have listed the New Balance 991v2 “Brown” for an August 18, 2026 release. New Balance has not confirmed the date, but the expected retail price is $270.

Nike Kobe AD Protro “Purple Stardust” Debuts at the Mamba Invitational

The Kobe AD is making its way back almost 10 years after the model first released. This time it’s getting the Protro treatment, and one of the first pairs we’ve seen is the returning “Purple Stardust.” Nike had the shoe on display at the Mamba Invitational in Los Angeles alongside the Kobe 10 Protro PE made for the event.

Kobe Bryant had already retired by the time the Kobe AD arrived in 2017, but the shoe still followed the same low-cut performance formula that had become a big part of his signature line. “Purple Stardust” came out during that first run, using a mostly purple build with black hits to break things up.

The new Protro doesn’t mess much with that original look. Purple covers the textured upper, laces, tongue, and midsole, while black Swooshes run along the sides. Kobe’s sheath logo is worked into the tongue and heel as well. Most of the changes should be felt on foot, with the Protro expected to bring updated Zoom Air cushioning and revised midsole foam.

Nike Kobe AD Protro Purple Stardust 2026 Release Date

The Nike Kobe AD Protro “Purple Stardust” is set to release in Fall 2026 for $155 at Nike.com and select Nike Basketball retailers.

Sneaker Talk: Air Jordan 4 “Red Thunder”

The Air Jordan 4 “Red Thunder” saw the return of a similar color scheme to the silhouette. However, instead of having yellow on the shoe like the OG “Thunder,” red takes its place. Released in early 2022, they became yet another fan favorite iteration of the black-based AJ4 style.

The majority of the upper is covered in black nubuck while red accents are added to areas that typically pop on Thunder colorways. You’ll find red color behind the side mesh, on the plastic eyelets, and over portions of the midsole. Everything else remains true to black including the laces, wings, toe box, and outsole. This results in a sleeker profile that’s incredibly easy to move off the shelves.

White Jumpman logos are placed on the tongue, heel, insoles, and outsole to help break up the darker color scheme. Underfoot, Jordan retained the signature Air Jordan 4 look with visible Air cushioning in the heel.

The Air Jordan 4 “Red Thunder” was released on January 15, 2022. Retail has long since sold out but can be found on resale platforms like StockX.

Nike Kobe 10 Protro “Mamba Invitational” PE Revealed

The Nike Mamba Invitational returns to Los Angeles on August 8–9, bringing together some of the top youth and high school boys and girls basketball players for the annual two-day event. Held at Peacock Place at L.A. LIVE, the showcase celebrates Kobe Bryant’s legacy through competition, special exhibits, and exclusive gear made specifically for those taking part.

Players competing at this year’s event received their own Nike Kobe 10 Protro “Mamba Invitational” PE, a colorway inspired by the sunsets seen during summer basketball in Los Angeles. The shoe moves from golden yellow around the tongue and collar into bright orange and crimson across the upper and sole.

Black Swooshes provide most of the contrast, while Kobe’s Sheath logo appears on the tongues and right heel. Small “2026” and “MM” tags sit alongside the Swooshes, with an Old English-style “LA” graphic appearing on the left heel. “Mamba Invitational” branding is also printed across the insoles, while Air Zoom cushioning finishes off the performance setup.

The Nike Kobe 10 Protro “Mamba Invitational” PE was made exclusively for participants in the 2026 Mamba Invitational and will not be released to the public.

A’ja Wilson Gets Her Own Wheaties Box and Nike A’Two “A’Wheaties” PE

A’ja Wilson is officially getting her own Wheaties box. The three-time WNBA champion and four-time MVP will appear on a limited-edition version of the cereal’s orange box, adding another big moment to a career that already has plenty of them.

Wilson has been one of the biggest names in the WNBA since going No. 1 overall in the 2018 Draft. Her 2025 season added even more to the list, as she became the first player in league history to win MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, Finals MVP, and the scoring title in the same season.

The Wheaties release also connects with Wilson’s Nike signature line. After the A’One, she followed with the A’Two, and now a special “A’Wheaties” Player Exclusive is part of the celebration. Wilson is expected to wear the pair on August 8, which also happens to be her birthday, during a game in Minnesota.

As part of the birthday celebration, Wheaties is also giving a few fans the chance to win their own pair of the “A’Wheaties” shoes along with some extra Wheaties gear. The giveaway is being held through Instagram, where fans need to like the post, follow @Wheatiescereal, and share the brand’s Happy Birthday post to their Story.

Away from basketball, Wilson continues her work through the A’ja Wilson Foundation. The organization supports young people with dyslexia and also helps bring more attention to bullying.

The limited-edition A’ja Wilson Wheaties box will be available at major retailers during summer 2026. Wilson is also expected to debut the Nike A’Two “A’Wheaties” PE on August 8.

WOMEN’S ADIDAS ORIGINALS HANDBALL SPEZIAL LOAFERS ANIMAL PRINT

It’s still always interesting to me whenever I go into an office building, or some type of formal/corporate setting, and I see people wearing sneakers. While they aren’t necessarily wearing anything eye-catching—such as the newest Jordan retro, or the most recent sneaker collab—they are still wearing sneaker nonetheless. I remember a time not that long ago when that sort of thing was taboo. “Real professionals wore dress shoes” was the mantra and train of thought. I even had an ex who’s father constantly griped about my choice of footwear because he held onto that same antiquated notion. Thankfully, that seems to no longer be the case…

Ironically, that sentiment can be attributed to both the outdated standard of fashionable formality and my ex’s father. Lol.

Despite that, it’s always nice when I see a shoe that blurs the lines between sneaker and dress shoe. A sneaker that still gives “casual” while operating in a buttoned up environment. A sneaker that allows someone to jump in and out of their professional and lifestyle worlds without ever having to unlace their shoes. And I believe this women’s edition of the Adidas Spezial Loafer is the perfect embodiment of that.

The women’s “Animal Print” Adidas Originals Handball Spezial Loafer (say that five times fast) is probably one of the best attempts at creating a lifestyle sneaker in loafer form. I wear a men’s size 15, and even I’d be tempted to rock a pair IF they had come in my size. You can rock these casually. You can wear them to work. You can even attend a black tie event and do the whole “no socks with dress shoes and a suit” look. Best case scenario? I see these on-foot in someone’s upcoming high school Homecoming pictures posted on social media. Worst case scenario? Someone’s 60 year old uncle wears a pair with a short sleeve button-up shirt/shorts combo—with the outfit consisting entirely of the same, exact animal print—to the family BBQ.

Granted, these are technically a women’s shoe, but when has gender ever stopped someone from enjoying a good sneaker? Just remember that women’s sizes are typically 1.5 sizes larger than men. So, for example, if you were a men’s size 8, you would wear a size 9.5 in women. You’d be surprised how many people struggle with this conversion, so, you’re welcome.

You can find the women’s Adidas Originals Handball Spezial Loafer “Animal Print” already on discount at Foot Locker by clicking on this link: footlocker.8s4u9r.net/jRBADb

By the way, you can save some additional money if you so choose to purchase this shoe on Foot Locker’s website or app by using the discount code “BTS10” to save $10 on online orders of $100+. Nike Mind 002 “Work Blue” Puts a Softer Spin on Nike’s Recovery Experiment

Keeping the model’s playful spirit intact, the Nike Mind 002 “Work Blue” gets a much softer presentation. Decked out in Work Blue/Hydrogen Blue-Light Lemon Twist, most of the upper remains blue while the vibrant hues are used for accents.

Work Blue covers the perforated textile upper, laces, eyelets, and midsole. Hydrogen Blue shows up around the padded tongue and collar, while glossy Light Lemon Twist mini Swooshes break up the mostly tonal finish. A ribbed heel piece and dotted pull tabs round out the back of the shoe.

The outsole is where the Mind 002 separates itself from a typical recovery shoe. Large rounded sensory pods sit exposed underfoot in Light Lemon Twist, forming the pressure-point system used across the Mind line. Those pods work with the foam cushioning, while Nike Mind branding appears on the insoles and additional branding is worked into the heel and outsole.

The Nike Mind 002 “Work Blue” releases in Fall 2026 through Nike.com and select retailers for $145.

Nike ACG Expands Its 2026 Trail Lineup With Pegasus Trail and Zegama Models

Nike ACG is overhauling its trail-running shoe collection for 2026, with the Pegasus Trail and Zegama lines spanning an expanded breadth of outdoor activity. You can now find regular trail runners, GORE-TEX versions, and the Zegama Hike for extra-long days.

Starting with the most familiar of the bunch, the Nike ACG Pegasus Trail borrows some elements of design from the Pegasus 42 but swaps out its regular foam for ReactX cushioning while featuring engineered mesh and a more rugged outsole meant for dirt and terrain. Multiple colorways are already live for $155, with Nike By You customizations available as well.

You can protect your feet from rain, mud, snow, and any other wet conditions with the Pegasus Trail GTX. It keeps the same base model and adds a GORE-TEX upper for waterproofing. Additional colorways are expected to launch in 2026, including women’s options.

ZoomX foam, an added ankle cuff for protection, and a Vibram outsole round out the Nike ACG Zegama Trail for extra cushioning, traction, and stability on more rugged routes. Both men’s and women’s sizes are live now for $180.

The Zegama Trail GTX arrives next by adding GORE-TEX protection to the same durable base. Colors for men and women are on the way.

Moving away from running-specific shoes, the Nike ACG Zegama Hike is designed with longer hikes in mind. As such, its tougher build favors support, cushioning, and protection over longer distances. Both men’s and women’s sizing is available now for $190.

Expect more Pegasus Trail GTX and Zegama Trail GTX shoes to arrive later in 2026.

The Air Max 1000.3 Is Coming Soon to Nike By You

Nike will be releasing the Air Max 1000.3 in its By You lineup this fall, letting customers customize the silhouette however they’d like. Buyers will be able to choose between two upper colorways and seven colors for the Air unit, allowing for 14 possible combinations.

Only two details are provided by Nike in the product description, however. We have no idea what colors customers can actually expect to see, nor if they’ll be able to customize any text/icons or any of the other optional bells and whistles that By You sneakers typically offer.

Customers won’t have any control over the rest of the shoe, which should keep largely the same as the standard release. That means the upper will be fully 3D printed, as will the sockliner, with customizations revolving mostly around colorways of the upper and exposed Max Air unit.

You can cop the Nike Air Max 1000.3 By You on Nike.com for $200 sometime this fall.

Pharrell and adidas Offer “Golden Ticket” Access to the Next Jellyfish

Pharrell and adidas currently have an active “Golden Ticket” drawing for their next Jellyfish sneaker. The winners will receive a confirmed place in line for a future colorway, which is expected to be this Pharrell x adidas Jellyfish “Crystal Sand.”

Entrants can enter the drawing for free until August 17 at 2:00 PM ET. If you win and decide you want the shoe you can select your size and purchase the shoe through a reserved checkout lane. You are not required to purchase the shoe if you do not want it.

This “Crystal Sand” colorway appears to be tan/caramel type color with some brown and cream mixed in. Black Three Stripes run along the sides. Adidas adds pops of light blue along the tongue and midsole to provide just enough contrast without distracting from the overall tone-downed aesthetic. Design-wise the Jellyfish retains its layered mesh upper, molded support pods, bulky overlays, and gnarly sculpted outsole.

The Pharrell x adidas Jellyfish “Crystal Sand” will release on August 22, 2026 priced at $300. Enter to win Golden Ticket entries now through adidas CONFIRMED app.

Aimé Leon Dore New Balance Running Pack Includes Two Performance Runners

Aimé Leon Dore is expanding its collaboration with New Balance into performance running apparel and footwear. Their first drop is comprised of two pairs of FuelCell sneakers: The SC Elite v5 and Rebel v5. One focuses on racing, the other on training.

The FuelCell SC Elite v5 comes in Nordic Green, blending several green tones across the upper above a black midsole. Vibrant Orange accents add contrast, while Aimé Leon Dore’s floral logo appears throughout the shoe. As New Balance’s top-tier racing model, the SC Elite v5 also uses a carbon plate underfoot.

The FuelCell Rebel v5 takes a different route with an Atlantic Blue upper and Alkaline Green accents. Built as the lighter everyday trainer in the group, it carries over the same collaboration branding while offering a more versatile option than the race-focused SC Elite.

The Aimé Leon Dore New Balance Running Pack releases August 14, 2026 through NewBalance.com. The New Balance FuelCell SC Elite v5 “Nordic Green” is available HERE, while the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance FuelCell Rebel v5 “Atlantic Blue” is available HERE.

PUMA Suede “Bloom” Pack Gets a Decorative Lace Makeover

Ribbons, frilled laces, and pearls decorate PUMA’s Suede “Bloom” Pack, but the silhouette remains unchanged. The classic low-top returns with a Powder Pink, Vintage Cream, and Black woman’s colorway built with suede on top and exposed stitching throughout.

The embellishments update mostly live on the laces. Satin ribbon simplifies the silhouette, frilled laces add dimension around the tongue and eyestay, and faux pearls can be included for extra flourish. Buy them all together or mix-and-match for a more minimal look.

Powder Pink arrives packaged with pale suede, embellished with matching ribbon, loose fabric trim, and pearls across the forefoot. Vintage Cream uses off-white suede with cream trim and champagne laces over a vintage-styled sole. Black carries the same concept with a darker color scheme.

The PUMA Suede “Bloom” Pack releases August 13, 2026, through PUMA, PUMA flagship stores, and select retailers in women’s sizing.

Air Jordan 6 “Oreo” Returns August 8th

The Air Jordan 6 “Oreo” is a beloved non-OG colorway that is making its return in 2026 for the first time since 2010. In celebration of the model’s 35th Anniversary, a release date is set for August 8.

The Air Jordan 6 “Oreo” 2026 will release in full-family sizing. Adult pairs are expected to retail for $215, while grade school sizes will be priced at $155. Preschool pairs will retail for $95, with toddler sizes set at $80.

The look closely mirrors the original 2010 drop, leaning heavily on White and Black. Black suede is used on the base with bold contrast from the tumbled white leather overlays. The split color blocking is what truly makes this pair age well with Jordan fans.

Speckled details give the shoe the “Oreo” look from the black midsole, lace lock, and heel spoiler. Black accents are found on the tongue and interior while white laces and paneling help balance the upper. The translucent outsole returns the icy finish we saw on the originals.

The Jumpman branding shows up on the heel once again, instead of going with Nike Air branding like an OG would have. For collectors aiming for authenticity to the original colorway release, that detail is a key point.

Air Jordan 6 “Oreo” 2026 Release Date

The Air Jordan 6 “Oreo” is slated for an August 8th, 2026 release through select Jordan Brand retailers and SNKRS, retailing at $215 for adult pairs. Check out the official photos below.

Due to its simplistic color scheme, subtle speckles, and extended waiting period since it’s initial release, this retro will likely be one of the better Air Jordan 6 releases of 2026.
