Justin Jefferson’s “Bayou King” is his first Under Armour cleats of 2026, and it is available now through Under Armour and DICK’S Sporting Goods. The player-edition release puts Jefferson’s Louisiana roots at the center without turning the story into more than it needs to be.

The cleat takes its name from the place that helped shape his football identity. Jefferson was born and raised in Louisiana, and New Orleans football culture has always carried a certain weight in his story.

Under Armour frames the release around Jefferson’s rise from Louisiana standout to All-Pro wide receiver. The “Bayou King” theme points back home while still fitting where Jefferson is now, as one of the league’s most dangerous offensive players.

The drop also arrives with the second annual JJets Flight School powered by UA Next. Held at Under Armour’s World Headquarters in Baltimore, the invite-only event brings together 22 of the nation’s top high school wide receivers, plus quarterbacks and defensive backs, for three days of training.

Jefferson built JJets Flight School around access he did not have in high school. Players take part in on-field work, film study, and sessions with Jefferson and his performance team, giving them a closer look at what high-level receiver development actually involves.
