Kemba Walker debuted the Under Armour Charge BB Low “Houston Lights” PE during the Rising Stars Challenge. Both pairs feature a colorful outsole that unfortunately won’t hit retailers. Check out the images below, and look for the Under Armour Charge BB Low to release this Fall 2013.
