New Balance 2000 “Liquid Metal” Pack Debuts in Two Futuristic Colorways

A glossy new direction is taking shape for Summer 2026, and the New Balance 2000 “Liquid Metal” Pack is arriving with two distinct finishes built around the same sculpted design language.

Contrast plays heavily in the more muted of this two-pack. The top-half is covered in Orb Pink mesh, while darker mauve fade shades reside closer to the low-top. Thick white molded overlays sweep across PB&J in angular currents, creating the metallic and liquid aesthetic that pours through this New Balance 2000 collection. Silver accents are splashed on an enlarged “N” logo, tongue accents and visible Pods, while a nude brown midsole grounds the pastel concoction.

Jumping to the other colorway, things take on a much fresher approach with Oregano. Its upper blends pale pink, soft green, yellow, and peach tones across the mesh build, creating a more colorful finish without losing the model’s futuristic edge. The same white synthetic overlays and silver detailing remain in place, but the green midsole shifts the mood and gives this NB 2000 release a brighter presence.

That contrast says a lot about where the silhouette is headed. One pair feels more understated and lifestyle-focused, while the other pushes the design into a more expressive space without changing the core build.
