Air Jordan 3 “UNC” Mache Custom

Air Jordan 3 UNC Mache Custom

The latest Air Jordan 3 “UNC” Mache Custom is inspired by Michael Jordan’s alma mater, the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Using the Air Jordan 3 “Powder Blue” as the base, Mache Customs made things right with this release and transformed them into a true “UNC” Air Jordan 3 Custom.

The upper is done in a true Carolina Blue instead of the Powder Blue the same originally came in. And to make things a true North Carolina Tar Heels shoe, Mache added the Tar Heel logo on the tongue and an argyle print hitting the midsole and heel tab.

Check out the full photo below and let us know what you guys think in the comments section. How many of you are still wishing you would have picked up the “Powder Blue” Air Jordan 3s?

The Air Jordan 5 Low Returning in 2016

Air Jordan 5 Low PE 2016

The Air Jordan 5 Low will be returning in 2016 just like the Air Jordan 6 Low returned this year in 2015.

Jordan Brand looks to be releasing more low-top Air Jordan Retro silhouettes rather than just the Air Jordan 11 Low, and now we are getting word that the Air Jordan 5 Low is next to debut.

As of right now we aren’t sure on what the colorway lineup will be, but reports claim that we’ll see a few Air Jordan 5 Low PE colorways – probably won’t include the number of the athlete on the ankle, as it’ll remain ’23’, and a few new versions.

Below are images of a the Derek Anderson PE pair from 2011, but it gives you a look at how the Air Jordan 5 Low looks like to refresh your memory. And these could be a colorway slated to release in 2016.

Stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for further release information as it develops. How many of you are looking forward to the re-release of the low-top version of the classic Air Jordan 5?

The Nike Zoom Kobe Venomenon 5 is the latest Nike Kobe signature shoe from Nike Basketball that will be releasing laters this year.

While Kobe Bryant seems to only have a year or two left in the tank for his NBA career, Nike Basketball still shows no slowing down on the future Hall of Famers Kobe series.

Today, we get a first look at the Nike Zoom Kobe Venomenon 5 that has similarities to the Nike Kyrie 1 with its pyramid design on the back heel. While the colorway is simple, the shoe does sparks some highlights like its icy translucent outsole.

Nike Cancels Online Releases of the “Chicago” & “Pinnacle” Air Jordan 1s

Nike has just cancelled another online release, but this time it’s two highly demanded pairs that we’ve all been waiting for, the “Chicago” and “Pinnacle” Air Jordan 1 releases.

In a statement regarding this cancelation, Nike reports that they want ‘real’ consumers having a fair chance to getting access to both releases. Due to bots taking over online launches and making it unfair for others to get a pair, Nike has now been forced to cancel both releases until further notice. The mainland China launch has also been canceled, but Nike still plans on releasing both Air Jordan 1 colorways to select Nike retailers and Nikestores for tomorrow’s launch.

A new online release date has yet to be announced, but Nike says an update will come soon, so stay tuned.
