Debuting another Mambacurial release, this Nike Kobe 11 comes dressed in a College Navy Racer Blue, and University Red color scheme. Built with a Nike Flyknit upper, patch logo on the heel and rests atop a Gum rubber outsole.

Kevin Durant has been one of the most talked about players in the NBA right now. From his recent unveiling of the Nike KD 9, to him officially signing with the Golden State Warriors.

During an interview with Complex, the seven-time All-Star talked about his ninth signature shoe, the Nike KD 9, as well as discussing his aspiration to fill the shoes of Kobe Bryant now that he’s retired from the NBA.

“Now that Kobe is a retired player, I think next up hopefully I could step into where he was,” Durant says. “Cause he started the Flyknit, he started the high boxer boot that he had, he started all the innovation. So for me to step into his place, and kind of be the guy that they throw all the new stuff on–I’m looking forward to it.”

The Nike Zoom LeBron 5 Ohio State University was a special edition release that was limited to 24 pairs and debuted on March 25th, 2008 for $140 USD.

This House of Hoops exclusive Nike Zoom LeBron 5 represents LeBron James’ favorite college football team, the Ohio State Buckeyes. The shoe came dressed in a White, Varsity Red and Metallic Silver color scheme. Covered in the school colors and includes the “OSU” logo embroidered on the ankles.

How many of you were able to obtain one of these 24 pairs that debuted back in ’08? When Nike officially decides to retro the Nike LeBron line, should they bring these back?

The latest Doom offering from adidas Originals is the adidas Tubular Doom Primeknit Clear Granite colorway.

This adidas Tubular Doom comes constructed in a full Primeknit build that is covered in what’s being dubbed, Clear Granite. Adding contrast to the monochromatic look are hints of Black seen on the Primeknit weave of the toe area and heel. Reebok Welcomes Future to the Family

Reebok has just announced their latest partnership with Atlanta native American hip hop recording artist, Future.

Future Hendrix joins Kendrick Lamar as becoming two of the world’s best hip hop artists now part of the Reebok Classic family.

Here’s what Todd Krinsky, Global Vice President of Reebok Classic and Entertainment had to say about the signing:

Crystal Air Jordans Are Actually a Real Thing

Sneakers have come a long way and for those that thought just using paint and customizing your own Air Jordans was good enough, think again.

Chicago native Daniel Jacob is an emerging artist whose works in crystal create wonder and amazement. For his latest art piece, he took the iconic Air Jordan 1 silhouette and transformed them by using crystals on classic colorways as well as an all-Gold pair. The Gold version was designed by using more than 140,000 Swarovski crystals, all individually set by hand.

The Nike Air Presto Fire Waves is part of an upcoming Nike Air Presto GPX Summer 2016 Collection that will be debuting later this year.

The Fire Waves edition of the Nike Air Presto comes dressed in a mixture of Vivid Sulfur, Black, Sail and Racer Blue color scheme. The shoe is fully covered in a Fire Waves graphic overlay the upper, with Black detailing on its cage, laces, Nike branding and rubber outsole, along with a White midsole.

Continuing the celebration of the 25ht Anniversary, Nike Sportswear debuts their latest Nike Air Max BW Ultra SE Coastal Blue colorway.

This release comes dressed in different shades of Blue that includes Coastal Blue, Star Blue, Ocean Fog and White. The shoe is constructed with a foam lined mesh that includes fused paneling for a comfortable and seamless look. Finishing off the shoe is a clean White midsole and outsole that adds for a nice contrast to the new lightweight feel of the classic silhouette.

PUMA is set to debut an upcoming PUMA R698 Patent Leather Pack later this month that consists of two brand new glossy designed colorways.

Having the option to select from two different pastel shades in a “Natural Vachetta” or “Slate Blue” colorways that are both built with glossy patent leather. The shoes are completed with hiker-style laces, Vachetta Tan inner liners, elastic brand on the forefoot area and rests atop a White Trinomic sole unit for a nice contrasted finish.

While we’re in the middle of summer, Saucony drops their newest Grid 9000 with the release of this Saucony Grid 9000 Wheat colorway.

This classic silhouettes comes constructed with a combination of leather, mesh and nubuck that’s fully dressed in a Wheat Tan color scheme. The shoe is complimented with a White Grid speckled sole unit, while White also covered the leather Saucony logo and matching rope laces. Finishing off the look is a Gum rubber outsole.

While we seen adidas Originals debut the Tubular X Primeknit in Red in the past, this adidas Tubular X Primeknit Scarlet Red version is a bit different.

Going with a full Primeknit constructed upper, the shoe also receives minor details of suede that covers the X portion of the shoe. Fully dressed in Scarlet Red throughout the entire upper that rests atop a Tubular sole that has White on the forefoot.

Release Report: What’s Releasing This Weekend

Going into this weekends release report, Nike debuted a lot of Olympic-inspired releases as a nod to the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Aside from all the Olympic releases from Nike, they also debuted the original Nike Air Griffey Max 1, as well as OG Nike Hyperdunks, and a collaborative release from Riccardo Tisci.

adidas came in and debuted their “Blackout/Whiteout” Pack that included a trio of adidas NMD releases.

For the weekend, UA drops off two Curry colorways as a nod to Steph’s basketball camp, and BAIT and Dreamworks debut their latest Diadora S8000 “Where’s Wally?” release. Nike Basketball has a trio of “Blackout” releases dropping for KD, Kyrie and Kobe, along with a Euro exclusive release of the “Quai 54” Kobe 11. Jordan Brand not only drops off their “Cosmos” Air Jordan XXX, but they also debut two new Air Jordan 1s.

The Jordan Reveal Quai 54 is part of Nike and Jordan Brand’s Quai 54 2016 Collection for the upcoming World Streetball Championship held in Paris.

This new collection that includes footwear and apparel are inspired by the street basketball. This Quai 54 version of the Jordan Reveal features a full Black-based upper that includes an embossed Jumpman on the tongues and the Quai 54 logo on the heel. The shoe is highlighted with its Gold-iridescent textured heel wrap.

A Brand New adidas NMD R1 Colorway is Now Available

To no surprise, another brand new adidas NMD colorway just debuted, this adidas NMD White Blue version.

We’ve seen plenty of adidas NMD releases debut out of nowhere in the past, and now this is the latest one to suddenly appear. The shoe features an all-White mesh and synthetic upper that includes speckled detailing on the laces, as well as sitting atop a the clean White Boost midsole and Bright Blue EVA inserts.
