This Air Jordan 1 Mid Gets The Oreo Treatment

The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Oreo” is dropping this Fall 2026, sporting a black-and-white color scheme accented by speckles throughout the upper.

The overlays, eyestays, collar, heel tab, tongue, and laces are constructed from black leather, while white leather completes the toe box, Swoosh, rear panels and ankle flap. While this shade takes a similar color blocking approach as the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Black/White” released in 2024, the speckled details give this Mid Jordan its own identity.

White leather across the upper is speckled with black prints, hitting the toe box, Swoosh, heel tab and ankle. This random pattern of splattered black paint gives the shoe its cookie-inspired “Oreo” nickname while keeping within the traditional two-tone theme.

Logo wise, a white Jumpman adorns the tongue while the Wings logo is printed in black across the lateral ankle. The shoe carries on with a white midsole and black rubber outsole.

Retailing $140, the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Oreo” will release Fall 2026 exclusively at Nike.com and select Jordan Brand retailers.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Floral” Pack Now Available (July 2026)

Nike’s flower-themed Air Force 1 Low pack includes Black, White, and Pink Rise colorways. All three keep the model’s leather construction, with cutout leather flowers added across the side panels and heels and secured with small silver studs. The Pink and White pairs are available now, while release details for the Black colorway have not been announced.

Decorative accents include velvet sockliners, silver lace dubraes, and white Nike branding on the tongue tags. While plenty has changed from colorway to colorway on the surface, Nike didn’t meddle with the silhouette of the AF1 Low itself.

Black sticks with the familiar triple-black setup, so the flowers show up mostly through their raised texture. The white pair keeps things even more subtle on a white-on-white base, where the floral pieces nearly disappear into the upper. Pink Rise is the one that leans furthest into the theme, using the same soft pink shade across the shoe and its flower overlays.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Floral” Pack is available now in women’s sizing, with the Pink and White colorways priced at $125 through Nike.com. A release date and availability for the Black pair remain unknown.

Ryoko Rain x adidas Jabbar Low Releases July 15th

Ryoko Rain gives the adidas Jabbar Lo a more dressed-up read, using Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s low-top signature as the base for a sneaker that pulls from penny loafer design. The blue leather toe cap and matching lace panel set the tone, but the pointed perforated toe is what really changes the feel of the shoe.

Deep purple leather takes over most of the upper, paired with white leather Three Stripes and a chain-stitched triangle detail at the heel. A lighter purple sockliner works in another shade without making the color blocking feel too crowded.

White laces and a heel tab brings some contrast to the darker panels and the gum sole grounds the shoe with classic adidas vibes. Gold branding is on the side panel where the Ryoko Rain logo can be found above the Three Stripes. Kareem Abdul- Jabbar’s logo is featured on the tongue as well.

The Ryoko Rain x adidas Jabbar Lo releases July 15, 2026, through adidas and select retailers in-store and online. The retail price is set at $90.

Forget-me-nots Gives The adidas Forum Low A Square-Toe Makeover

Forget-me-nots takes the adidas Forum Low pretty far from its basketball roots with this women’s-exclusive Forum Square. The Japanese boutique keeps the low-cut Forum base in place, but the squared-off toe gives the shoe more of a western boot feel than a traditional adidas lifestyle release.

Tan brown suede covers most of the upper, paired with white leather Three Stripes and small hits of gold branding. The shape does most of the work here. Instead of the Forum’s usual rounded toe, this version comes to a point before flattening across the front, giving the model a sharper profile without completely losing the sneaker underneath it.

Even the sole has been swapped out, with a low kitten heel implemented on the heel side of the shoe. It gives a bit of lift and alters the angle of the shoe, but the rubber midsole is a reminder of the Forum’ s beginnings.

Square-toe sneakers are starting to look less like a one-off idea. Nike recently used a similar shape on the Air Force 1 and Air Max 90, and now adidas has its own take through Forget-me-nots. For a Forum Low, this is one of the more unexpected makeovers in recent memory.

The Forget-me-nots x adidas Forum Square “Tan Brown” releases July 18, 2026, through Forget-me-nots in-store and online. The women’s pair will be available for approximately $115 USD.

Air Jordan 1 Low Adds Mismatched Pastel Patent Leather

Jordan Brand is dropping an asymmetrical Air Jordan 1 Low for Fall 2026 that features glossy patent leather sections and two varying pastel colorways.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Mismatched Patent” keeps the pair tied together with black leather on the toe overlay, eyestays, and forefoot, while white leather lands on the side panels. Both shoes also sit on white midsoles, giving the brighter patent details a simple base to work against.

The left shoe goes cooler with light blue on the tongue, lining, heel, and outsole. Pale sage green fills the toe box, Swoosh, and collar overlay. On the opposite foot, Jordan Brand switches to pink, using a softer shade on the tongue and lining before adding hot pink patent leather to the toe box, Swoosh, heel, and outsole.

Patent leather covers the colored toe boxes, Swooshes, collar overlays, and heel panels, with black Wings branding stitched on the back. Small embroidered Swooshes appear near the forefoot, and the shoes come with black laces along with extra pale green and pink sets.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Mismatched Patent” releases Fall 2026 through Nike.com and select retailers. The retail price is set at $140.

Nike Air Max Plus Suede “Pink Rise” Releases Summer 2026

Nike is giving the women’s Air Max Plus a softer look for Summer 2026, covering the TN in “Pink Rise” suede instead of the gradient mesh that usually defines the model.

A light pink base shows through under the glossy TPU cage, so the Air Max Plus wave lines still do most of the shaping across the upper. Pink suede takes over the mudguard, toe box, and heel, adding more weight and texture where the TN usually gets its sharper definition. Nike also keeps the laces, eyestays, and lining in step with the rest of the shoe, which helps the full-pink look feel deliberate rather than washed out.

Silver Swoosh embroidery adds a small break on the side, while removable mini Swoosh charms bring a little shine to the lace bed. They are small touches, but they give the women’s pair some extra detail without shifting attention away from the suede.

The sole stays close to the classic TN layout with pink midsole sections, off-white foam at the heel, and visible Air units underfoot. A protective toe cap and heel TN badge finish the design, keeping the late-’90s Air Max Plus identity in place.

Nike Zoom Flight 5 “White/Midnight Navy” Returns Summer 2027

Nike Basketball continues to dig into Jason Kidd’s late-’90s catalog, with the Nike Zoom Flight 5 “White/Midnight Navy” now expected to return in Summer 2027.

Originally released in 1997, the Zoom Flight 5 became one of Kidd’s most recognizable early Nike models during his Dallas Mavericks years, and later as a member of the Phoenix Suns. The shoe had a look that stood apart from most basketball sneakers of that era, helped by its sculpted build and the iridescent side pod that many collectors still refer to as the “bug eye.”

This White and Midnight Navy colorway also carries some history of its own. After its original 1997 debut, the pair returned once in 2008. Its 2027 release will give longtime fans another shot at one of the model’s cleaner OG-style looks.

The design keeps the familiar setup intact. White leather covers most of the upper, while Midnight Navy overlays create the main contrast across the shoe. Metallic Silver details bring back that late-’90s Nike Basketball feel, and the signature iridescent pod lands on the side panel. Pine Green accents appear on the heel, finished with Kidd’s branding.

The Nike Zoom Flight 5 “White/Midnight Navy” is expected to release in Summer 2027 at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com. The shoe will be available in men’s sizing with a retail price of $170 USD.

In related news, the “Black/Lapis” pair is also set to return in 2027.

Carmelo Anthony’s Jordan Melo 5.5 Returns Summer 2027

The Jordan Melo 5.5 is returning in Summer 2027, marking the first retro release for the model since its 2005 debut. It originally launched on Black Friday during Carmelo Anthony’s early years with the Denver Nuggets.

Anthony joined Jordan Brand after being selected third overall in the 2003 NBA Draft. He went on to become the brand’s first signature basketball athlete outside of Michael Jordan, helping establish a path later followed by other Jumpman stars.

The returning colorway stays close to Melo’s Denver-era look. Black nubuck covers the upper, while University Blue shows up on the outsole, lining, midfoot windows, and embroidered heel logo. Taxi appears behind the tongue and on the heel Jumpman, with Metallic Silver completing the official Black/Taxi/University Blue/Metallic Silver color scheme.

The original pair also included a metallic silver hangtag that opened into a small booklet explaining the shoe’s design. It was an easy detail to overlook, but one that helped separate the release from other Jordan Brand basketball shoes at the time.

Over 20 years later and the Melo 5.5 still holds a special place in the hearts of collectors who remember Anthony’s inaugural signature attempt. Melo has also kept a close relationship with the game through his podcast, appearances, and rooting on his son Kiyan’s basketball journey.

JJJJound x New Balance 1890 Pack Releases July 15th

The JJJJound x New Balance 1890 Pack will release July 15, 2026, through JJJJound.com. The collaboration includes two colorways, dressed in “White/Grey” and “Black.”

The “White/Gray” combination is what pulls the silhouette firmly into vintage territory. Light on top with grey overlays and small touches of yellow give it a retro collegiate vibe, while keeping the look fairly muted. It’s good that it doesn’t go overboard as the 1890 already has tons of character from its built up runner construction and beefier tooling.

“Black” sits closer to JJJJound’s usual New Balance lane. The upper stays dark, the accents are kept white, and the branding is minimal. Still, the shoe does not come across as quiet in the same way some earlier JJJJound pairs have. The 1890 has more bulk and paneling, which gives the simple colorway a little more weight.

Off-white ABZORB cushioning finishes both pairs and adds a lightly aged contrast under the more modern upper. It is not a major change, but it helps soften the build while keeping the release tied to JJJJound’s utilitarian look.

Both the JJJJound x New Balance 1890 “White/Grey” and “Black” will be available exclusively from JJJJound.com on July 15, 2026 for $200.

Air Jordan 16 “Ginger” Returns Summer 2027

More than 25 years after its original release, the Air Jordan 16 “Ginger” is lined up for a return in Summer 2027.

The colorway first appeared in 2001, during a period when Jordan Brand was moving into unfamiliar territory. Michael Jordan’s Bulls career was over, the signature line was changing, and the Air Jordan 16 arrived with a look that leaned just as much toward luxury footwear as it did basketball. The “Ginger” pair fit that direction especially well, using warm tones and premium materials instead of the louder color blocking seen on many Jordans from the same era.

Designed by Wilson Smith III, the Air Jordan 16 featured a removable magnetic shroud that covered the laces and changed the appearance of the shoe when taken off. Full-length Zoom Air cushioning was used underfoot, keeping the model tied to performance despite its more refined look. Jordan also wore the “Ginger” while playing for the Washington Wizards, which gave the release a direct connection to the final stage of his NBA career.

The upcoming retro will bring back the original Light Ginger, Dark Charcoal, and White color combination. Light Ginger takes over most of the upper, while Dark Charcoal appears across the inner bootie, branding, and portions of the outsole. White accents finish the colorway, and the removable shroud will return as well.

Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 992 “Every Now and Then” Releases July 11th

Joe Freshgoods has been quietly previewing another New Balance 992, and now the project is finally coming into focus.

The green-based pair first popped up earlier this year during Joe’s 5th anniversary celebration with New Balance, appearing in his sneaker wheel alongside the rollout for the “Aged Well” 992. It later made a brief appearance in the short film tied to the Every Now and Then x New Balance RCVRY “Everydays.” With official images now surfacing, we have a much clearer look at what appears to be an exclusive release for Joe’s Chicago space, Every Now and Then.

This Made in USA New Balance 992 comes dressed in a soft mix of beige mesh and suede, giving the shoe an aged, easy-wearing look. Green suede lands across the toe, mudguard, eyelets, lace panel, heel, and side “N” logos, tying directly into the signature color of Every Now and Then. The style code, U992EN1, adds another strong hint that this release is connected to the shop rather than being positioned as a traditional Joe Freshgoods collaboration.

Made in USA branding appears on the tongue with a small American flag detail, while another USA hit is placed on the heel. Creamy off-white midsoles keep the vintage feel intact, and a gum tan outsole finishes off the colorway with a clean, understated touch.

The release also arrives at an important time for Every Now and Then. Joe Freshgoods is preparing to reopen the Chicago storefront in a new location, bringing together retail, community, an in-house cafe, and a premium New Balance account under one roof. To help tell that story, the campaign highlights familiar Chicago figures including Fashion Geek Al, Irene, and Vic Lloyd, each representing part of the culture surrounding the shop.

The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 992 “Every Now and Then” will only be available at the grand opening of Joe Freshgoods’ new Chicago store on July 11. Doors open at 10 AM at 1843 W. Chicago Avenue, and pairs will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone hoping to buy the shoes will also need to bring school supplies to donate as part of the Community Goods back-to-school drive.

Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 “Sue Bird” Releases July 24th

The Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 “Sue Bird” PE is an official release for Summer 2026. A sneaker that Bird wore during her 2004 championship with the Seattle Storm, it’s one of her most iconic kicks from a storied career.

Donning White, Deep Forest, and Canyon Gold, the colorway expertly embodies the Storm’s classic look. That fresh combination of leather, shiny overlays and metallic trim feels even more special now knowing it was worn by Bird during her first championship — and will forever grace her bronze statue outside Climate Pledge Arena, which even features the “BIRDY” stitched along the ankle strap.

The Huarache 2K4 has always been a Basketball icon under Nike. Legends like Kobe and Penny Hardaway have been linked to the silhouettes through their careers. It makes sense for one of the greatest players of all time to also be associated with the legacy that Bird has built over her career. That’s the kind of storytelling sneaker culture thrives on.

Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove “White/Poison Green” Returns Summer 2027

The Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove “White/Poison Green” is making another comeback, bringing one of Gary Payton’s original colorways back into rotation for 2027.

Payton earned “The Glove” nickname through his relentless defense, and his signature sneaker carried that same identity onto the court. The Air Zoom Flight The Glove was built with a zippered outer shroud that covered the laces and wrapped around the foot, creating the snug fit that helped give the model its name.

This pair keeps the upper mostly clean in white and black, while Poison Green appears beneath the shroud. The exposed support system, commonly known as the “Monkey Paw,” adds structure around the ankle and brings in the Seattle SuperSonics colors closely tied to Payton’s playing career.

Originally released during the 1990s, the design still stands apart from most basketball shoes from that period. Its covered lacing system, curved lines, and visible support pieces gave the model a look that was unmistakably tied to Payton.

Jah Jah x adidas Capsule Releases July 15th

JAH JAH Studio is following its Paris Fashion Week debut with a new adidas capsule built around two very different archive models. The Paris-based creative collective has worked across radio, events, fashion, and cultural programming, and that wider background now carries into the Adistar Control 5 and Adizero F50 Tunit.

Emerald green covers nearly the entire Adizero F50 Tunit, turning the former football boot into the cleaner of the two designs. JAH JAH’s Afro-Caribbean influence comes through across the Three Stripes detailing, while the rest of the upper stays mostly tonal.

The Adistar Control 5 takes a more layered approach with yellow mesh, black patent leather overlays, and a matching toe guard. Red accents appear along the outsole, adding another hit of color to the retro runner without taking away from the main palette.

The JAH JAH x adidas Adistar Control 5 and Adizero F50 Tunit will release first through JAH JAH’s Paris store and online shop. A wider launch is scheduled for July 15, 2026, through adidas Confirmed and adidas Le Marais.

Albino & Preto x ASICS GEL-Kayano 12.1 Collaboration Previewed

Albino & Preto is back in the footwear space, this time with ASICS. The jiu-jitsu label has teased two versions of the GEL-Kayano 12.1, with atmos creative director Hirofumi Kojima helping reveal the first look.

The pair shown in the teaser takes two different routes. One comes with a lighter base, while the other leans into an almost entirely black upper. Both are finished with glossy materials, then set over gradient midsoles that bring in volt coloring underneath. Molded “Albino” branding sits along the midsole, surrounded by a repeating X pattern that carries across the side.

Albino & Preto built its name through gis and training apparel before moving further into lifestyle product. Its 2023 Nike SB Dunk Low collaboration gave the brand a much larger presence in sneakers, and the GEL-Kayano 12.1 now adds an ASICS runner to that growing list.

No official release date has been set for the Albino & Preto x ASICS GEL-Kayano 12.1. Retailers and pricing remain a mystery as well. More details to come when this collaboration gets fully announced.

Nike Air Foamposite One “30th Anniversary” Releases Summer 2027

Nike is bringing the Air Foamposite One back for its 30th anniversary with a special colorway expected to arrive in Summer 2027.

The model debuted in 1997 with a design that looked nothing like the leather basketball shoes during its era. Eric Avar built the shoe around a molded Foamposite shell, which gave it the hard, sculpted upper that would eventually become its signature. Penny Hardaway’s connection to the silhouette also helped it grow beyond performance basketball, especially during his years with the Orlando Magic.

Nike’s 30th anniversary edition comes in White, Black, Game Royal, and Metallic Silver. The White Foamposite shell features stars across the upper, with reflective 3M detailing worked into the pattern. Black covers parts of the trim and outsole, while Game Royal accents bring in the Orlando-inspired colors closely associated with Penny.

The Nike Air Foamposite One “30th Anniversary” is expected to release during Summer 2027 through Nike.com and select Nike Sportswear retailers. The retail price is set at $230.
