New Balance Transforms The 9060 Into A Mule

New Balance continues to push beyond its comfort zone, taking one of its most popular models and giving it a bold new twist. The brand has reworked the 9060 into a mule, leaning fully into the growing gorpcore trend with a more experimental, outdoor-inspired look.

The original 9060 draws heavily from the iconic 99X series, known for its layered mix of suede, leather, and mesh paired with a chunky ABZORB SBS midsole. This updated mule version keeps that same foundation underfoot but changes everything up top. The traditional heel is removed and replaced with a strap system, while the upper shifts toward lighter mesh and synthetic materials. A slimmer tongue and toggle lacing system complete the redesign, giving the shoe a more technical, slip-on feel.

This isn’t the first time New Balance has experimented with the 9060 platform. Past variations like the 8040 sandal and “No Sew” builds have explored similar territory, though none have gone this far in changing the silhouette.

With the 9060 already established as a fan-favorite, this mule version has a strong chance to catch on, especially as gorpcore continues to influence everyday style. Early expectations point to a Spring/Summer 2026 rollout in versatile color options like white, black, and grey, with a retail price set at $150.

Nike Air Max 90 “Blue Crystal” Now Available (March 2026)

UPDATE 3/20/26: The Nike Air Max 90 “Blue Crystal” is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 3/15/26:
Nike Sportswear is keeping the Air Max 90 in focus with another strong inline release for March 2026. This time, the brand introduces the Nike Air Max 90 “Blue Crystal”, a new colorway that follows the upcoming “Infrared Reflective” pair set to arrive during Air Max Month.

The design borrows the same classic blocking that made the original “Infrared” so memorable. However, instead of the usual red accents, this pair leans on “Blue Crystal” for a cooler finish. The overall look may also remind some readers of the 2024 “Hyper Royal” release, though this version arrives with its own distinct mix of tones.

A white mesh base pairs with Light Smoke Grey suede overlays for a timeless foundation. Black mudguards and eyestays add contrast, while Blue Crystal details land on the Swoosh, eyelets, heel badge, midsole cassette, and outsole. While it shares some visual overlap with the 2024 “Hyper Royal” pair, this colorway still stays true to the Air Max 90s roots while offering a fresh update.

The Nike Air Max 90 “Blue Crystal” is expected to release March 20, 2026 through select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price tag is set at $135 USD.

Nike Dunk Low Retro “Kentucky” Now Available (March 2026)

UPDATE 3/20/26: The Nike Dunk Low Retro “Kentucky” is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 4/20/25:
Just when you thought the Nike Dunk wave was slowing down, the Nike Dunk Low Retro “Kentucky” pulls up—blue and bolder than ever. Celebrating the Dunk’s 40th birthday (yep, the Dunk is officially older than your favorite intern), Nike decided to throw it back with a twist.

This isn’t your 2020 retro. Instead, we’re getting a new take on the “Be True To Your School” classic from 1985. The white leather base and royal blue overlays remain, but the accents? Fully blue now. Even the tongue and liner ditched the white for that wildcat spirit.

Nike even slapped a “Retro” label on these bad boys. That means a refreshed build, but still that OG flavor. It’s like a reunion party where everyone suddenly looks better than high school.

Perfect for both the diehard Kentucky fans and people who just think blue and white go hard together. And hey, no judgment if you’re both.

Set to release March 20, 2026, you can grab the Nike Dunk Low Retro “Kentucky” for $120 USD. They’ll drop at select Nike Sportswear retailers and on Nike.com. So set a reminder, or risk explaining to your sneaker group chat why you missed out.

With classic college vibes and a clean upgrade, the Nike Dunk Low “Kentucky” Retro is ready to make summer 2026 look legendary.

The Women’s Air Jordan OG Now Available (March 2026)

UPDATE 3/20/26: The Air Jordan OG “Black/University Red” is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 3/12/26:
Jordan Brand keeps digging through its archives of early performance footwear and now it’s shining the light on the Air Jordan OG “Black/University Red” colorway. Inspired by late-‘90s training shoe design, the silhouette sports a classic Chicago palette with hints of modern tweaks for a look that merges old with just a hint of new.

Predominantly black across the upper, the build utilizes nubuck, mesh plating and pepper dimples. Those material shifts create visual depth while preserving the original trainer’s functional aesthetic. University Red accents land on the Jumpman logo at the tongue and along the lateral midsole, adding sharp contrast against the dark base.

More red continues beneath the foot with a bold outsole that anchors the color scheme. Between those tones, a white midsole introduces balance while highlighting the model’s structured shape. The heel finishes the design with another red Jumpman placed above an embroidered “W,” confirming the women’s-exclusive release.

Jordan Brand’s decision to revive the silhouette also signals broader interest in its early cross-training lineup. Alongside this “Bred”-inspired edition, additional updated colorways are expected as the brand reintroduces the model to a new generation.

The Air Jordan OG “Black/University Red” will be releasing March 20, 2026 for $155 USD via Nike.com and select retailers.

Nike GT Future “Swooshman” Pre-Order Goes Live At 12PM

UPDATE 3/20/26: The Nike GT Future “Swooshman” is expected to open for pre-order at 12 PM ET through the SNKRS app, with retail pricing set at $200.

Original Story 3/12/26:
Nike is continuing to explore the storytelling side of its performance lineup with a new basketball release inspired by one of the brand’s most unusual mascots. Newly revealed images of the .SWOOSH x Nike GT Future “Swooshman” offer a closer look at a colorway that pays tribute to a forgotten piece of Nike’s basketball history.

The concept traces back to the 1990s, when Nike created a larger-than-life mascot known as Swooshman. Covered in Nike logos and wearing a futuristic helmet, the character traveled to stadium events and brand showcases to energize crowds during the company’s basketball tours. At the time, these events served as major promotional moments before modern athlete tours and social media marketing took over. The original Swooshman suit reportedly cost around $125,000, making it one of the brand’s most extravagant promotional pieces of the era.

Now, decades later, Nike is bringing that character back through a special edition of the GT Future. Official images highlight a bold gradient color scheme that starts with icy blue across the outsole and lower portion of the sculpted upper. As the color climbs the shoe, it gradually shifts into grey before finishing in clean white around the ankle collar.

Red Swooshes appear on the medial toe and lateral heel, referencing the oversized logos that defined the original Swooshman costume. Additional storytelling details include a custom helmet graphic placed on the tongue and insoles, reinforcing the connection to the vintage mascot.

South Korea’s Tune Releasing Their Own adidas EVO SL

The adidas adiZero EVO SL quickly became one of adidas’ biggest breakout models in 2025, blending race-ready tech with an accessible price point. That mix helped it move beyond performance running and into everyday wear, making it a consistent presence in both training and lifestyle rotations. With updated versions like the more durable EXO build already in motion, adidas is clearly positioning the silhouette as a long-term staple heading into 2026.

Where things have really picked up, though, is on the collaboration side. After early projects with Hartcopy and upcoming work tied to Pharrell Williams, South Korea’s Tune steps in with its own take: the “Internal Tempo.”

At a glance, the pair sticks to a clean white base but introduces a bold gradient effect, shifting from bright lime green Three Stripes into a fiery red sole. Beyond the color, the concept leans into a deeper idea—running as a mental reset rather than just physical output. That mindset shows up through graphic insoles inspired by urban environments, reflecting the rhythm and solitude of moving through a city at your own pace.

The Tune x adidas EVO SL “Internal Tempo” is set to release on March 26, 2026 through Tune, both in-store and online. A wider adidas release hasn’t been confirmed yet.

A “Pearl Swoosh” Elevates The Nike Air Force 1 Low

Nike has never had to do much to make an Air Force 1 work. It’s part of why the silhouette continues to endure. For Summer 2026, the Swoosh keeps to that mentality and allows minimal details to speak for themselves instead of over-powering with a loud update.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Pearl Swoosh” is heavily inspired by its predecessors. The entire upper is crafted from white tumbled leather for a muted texture. White tumbled leather coats the entire upper, providing subtle texture while maintaining a clean finish. Details around it remain consistent too, down to the lace, tongue, lining, midsole and outsole.

What changes the mood is the Swoosh. Nike replaces the usual plain look with pearl-like studs that mix soft off-white touches and Metallic Silver accents. More of that same detail wraps toward the heel, and it gives the pair a slightly dressed-up feel while still keeping it easy to wear with just about anything.

The rest of the shoe stays quiet, which is probably the right move. Tonal Nike Air branding lands on the tongue and heel, while the outsole keeps the classic circular traction setup intact. Nothing here feels overdone.

Expect the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Pearl Swoosh” to release in Summer 2026 at Nike.com and select Nike Sportswear retailers.

Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Summit White” Balances Soft Neutrals With Bold Detail

Jordan Brand keeps finding new ways to freshen up familiar classics. This time, the spotlight lands on a low-top that leans clean, light, and easy to wear. Set for Summer 2026, the Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Summit White” brings soft shades together with a few sharp details.

Most of the upper sticks to Summit White, Off-White, and Sail. That simple mix gives the pair a smooth, calm look right away. Leather overlays shape the mudguard, eyestays, heel, and collar, while the side panels switch things up with textured fabric and stitched accents.

Minimal branding allows these materials to shine. A glossy translucent Swoosh graces the side while the tongue, laces, and midsole remain tonal. A semi-translucent outsole below helps keep the finish muted and clean.

Colors eventually make their way to areas they should be. Blue, teal, navy, and white embrace the collar lining while painting the Wings logo on the heel. This splash of cooler tones gives this AJ1 some life without being overwhelming. Even more personality can be found with a mini Swoosh by the toe and exposed stitching details.

The Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Summit White/Multi-Color” is available now through Nike.com and select retailers for $130.

Nike Dresses The Vomero Premium In A Bold “Tangerine Tint” Colorway

Warm-weather runners usually lean into bright palettes, and this latest Nike design does exactly that without losing its technical edge. Official images of the Nike Vomero Premium “Tangerine Tint” have now surfaced, giving the performance model a soft but energetic mix of orange, pink, and purple that feels built for summer.

Across the upper, Tangerine Tint covers the engineered mesh base, while Bright Crimson adds a slightly deeper fade through the forefoot and midfoot. Pink Foam wraps the midsole and keeps the color balance smooth, preventing the louder shades up top from overwhelming the design. White Swooshes and subtle molded details bring contrast, but the shoe still reads clean from every angle.

Most of the visual weight sits in the tooling. A full-length visible Air setup runs through the sole with a rich purple tint that instantly separates this pair from more standard running offerings. That sculpted cushioning unit gives the silhouette a more premium identity, while the darker Tattoo outsole adds contrast and helps anchor the softer tones above it.

There is also a strong blend of performance and lifestyle appeal here. The mesh runner keeps its technical purpose intact, yet the sunset-like color mix gives this release a more expressive finish than many neutral-based training shoes. It is a clear example of Nike pushing a modern running model with more visual personality.

Jordan Luka 5 “Light Marine/Hyper Pink” Gets Ready For Summer 2026

Bright performance colorways usually do not need much help getting noticed, and this one makes that clear right away. Dressed in Light Marine, Blue Void, Sapphire, and Hyper Pink, Luka Doncic’s latest signature model leans into contrast while keeping its shape sleek and modern for the court.

The Jordan Luka 5 “Light Marine/Hyper Pink” arrives with a lightweight mesh upper in Light Marine, paired with matching laces and smooth synthetic overlays. Along the sides, a sculpted support frame shifts from Sapphire into Hyper Pink, creating the kind of motion-driven look that gives the shoe more energy even when standing still. Blue Void accents around the lining, trim, and heel help ground the brighter tones without taking away from the color pop.

Underneath, the same sharp mix continues with a translucent outsole that blends pink and blue shades over a herringbone traction pattern. That setup adds to the performance focus, while signature details keep the model personal. Luka branding on the tongue appears in Hyper Pink, Jumpman logos land on the forefoot and insole, and the inner tongue features a small heart graphic. The heel support also carries the “NON DESISTAS” message, adding another familiar Luka touch.

There is also a clear design choice here: this release pushes the Luka line further into bold visual identity without losing its basketball purpose.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Jewel “Phantom” Gives The Classic A Softer Edge

Some Air Force 1 releases try to do too much. This one does the opposite, and that is exactly why it works. Arriving in Summer 2026, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Jewel “Phantom”leans into a softer, cleaner look that feels easy to wear right away.

Rather than using a bright white finish, Nike goes with smooth Phantom leather across the upper. That off-white shade gives the pair a more relaxed feel and slightly changes the mood of the shoe. It still looks familiar, but not flat.

The shape stays classic throughout. You still get the perforated toe box, low-cut build, padded collar, and the same sturdy Air Force 1 sole unit. Nothing about the foundation feels overworked, which helps the smaller changes land better.

A Metallic Silver Jewel Swoosh brings the most personality here. It is smaller than the usual side logo, but it adds a more polished edge to the design. Matching silver details on the heel branding and lace dubrae keep that theme moving without pushing the shoe too far.

Pure Platinum accents quietly work through the trim, tongue branding, and parts of the outsole. Those touches keep the colorway from feeling too plain while still preserving its tonal look. Nike has done this before with the Air Force 1, but this pair feels especially measured.

New Balance 2000 “Limelight” DeliversAa Neon-Driven Update

Something louder is bubbling up through New Balance’s running line, and it doesn’t pull any punches. The New Balance 2000 “Limelight” arrives in an electric-looking green that looks ready to grab some attention. It will drop this Summer for $170, a part of New Balance’s continued push into louder, more technical footwear.

The green grabs most of the attention here. The neon sheen covers the upper and midsole while black on the lining, outsole, and logo gives it some visual depth. It doesn’t scream performance or statement piece; it exists comfortably in the middle.

Even the upper plays into the lightweight feeling. Mesh promotes breathability while printed overlays skip bulky layers. Vertical lines snake across the sides adding movement without weight. It’s more forward-thinking than nostalgia, even with its blatant early-2000s inspiration.

Underneath, the ABZORB setup carries the look. The pod system runs the full length, with a translucent green tint that ties everything together. A darker frame wraps around it, keeping the structure in place.

adidas Dresses The Jabbar High In A “Spanish Football Federation” Theme

Football energy keeps showing up in adidas Originals, and this pair leans into it in a clean, thoughtful way. Instead of overdoing the theme, adidas gives the classic Jabbar High a softer, more elevated look tied to Spain’s national team.

Cream leather covers most of the upper and gives the shoe its vintage base. A tan suede overlay wraps the toe, adding texture without taking away from the clean shape. Along the sides, dark maroon Three Stripes bring in contrast and push the team connection further.

The collar is where the design changes pace. adidas uses a jacquard fabric with floral swirl detailing, and it gives the upper a smooth satin-like finish. That detail adds depth to the silhouette and makes the shoe feel more special than a standard retro release.

There is also a direct nod to the Spanish Football Federation. A leather hangtag keychain arrives with the national team crest, matching the wider federation-themed series adidas has been building ahead of the World Cup. It is a small touch, but it helps the concept land.

Air Jordan 3 OG “White Cement” Returns Spring 2027

The Air Jordan 3 OG “White Cement” is set to return in Spring 2027, bringing back one of the most important colorways in Jordan Brand history. First introduced in 1988, the model helped redefine basketball footwear and remains a cornerstone in sneaker culture.

Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the Air Jordan 3 introduced key elements that still define the line today. It was the first Jordan signature shoe to feature a visible Air unit, elephant print overlays, and the Jumpman logo. These details gave the silhouette a distinct identity that continues to stand out decades later.

Michael Jordan’s free throw line dunk at the 1988 Slam Dunk Contest

The “White Cement” colorway carries even more legacy. Michael Jordan famously wore the pair during the 1988 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, where he delivered his iconic free throw line dunk. That moment not only secured a perfect score but also played a role in strengthening his relationship with Nike.

Over the years, the sneaker has seen several retro releases, each with slight changes in branding or shape. However, the 2027 version is expected to stay close to the original design. Early details point to a white leather upper, classic elephant print on the toe and heel, and hits of black and Fire Red throughout. Nike Air branding on the heel is also expected, a detail that longtime collectors always look for.

The Air Jordan 3 “White Cement” will release during Spring 2027 through select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com. As of writing, a retail price has yet to be announced.

Nike Moon Shoe “Summit White/Team Crimson” Revives A Waffle-Era Classic For Summer 2026

A familiar early-running shape is making another quiet return, this time in a cleaner two-tone setup built around vintage Nike DNA. Dressed in Summit White, Gum Light Brown, and Team Crimson, the latest colorway keeps the model’s throwback identity in focus while giving it a sharper contrast than the softer “Soft Pearl” pair that introduced the silhouette’s revival.

It begins with the upper. White nylon lace-up tongues lay the foundation while sections of supple suede overlaying the toe and heel ensure the construction stays true to classic track fashion. The oversized Team Crimson Swoosh spans across the sides adding an impactful visual punch to the retro runner, but the overall aesthetic remains minimal and casually wearable.

Small details keep the heritage story moving. The heel flap features an embroidered mini Swoosh, the tongue tag brings in old-school Nike branding, and the gum outsole delivers the pair’s boldest nod to the past. Its square-lug traction pattern is an unmistakable callback to the original Moon Shoe, tying this release directly to one of Nike’s earliest running experiments.

There is also a clear sense of refinement here. Rather than overworking the archival formula, Nike lets the shape, materials, and outsole do the talking.

The Nike Moon Shoe “Summit White/Team Crimson” releases in Summer 2026 via Nike.com and select retailers for $105.

Official Photos of the Nike KD 6 “Night Vision”

UPDATE 3/19/26: Official images of the Nike KD 6 “Night Vision” have surfaced in grade school sizing. The colorway is currently expected to release on June 19, 2026, with adult pairs priced at $135.

Original Story 7/28/25:
Kevin Durant’s Nike KD 6 line is making history in 2026 with its first-ever Retro run, led by the return of the Nike KD 6 Night Vision. Originally released during the tail end of the KD 6 era, this fan-favorite colorway stood out for its stealthy inspiration and bold detailing.

“The “Night Vision” draws inspiration from tactical night gear,” Nike explained in a release. “A black synthetic upper is accented by bright green hits and pixelated speckles that mimic infrared goggles, while a pixelated forefoot Swoosh and KD heel logo add visual references to digital overlays. Bright Mango is used to contrast the visible Air unit, while rounded laces mimic utility rope.”

Released in 2014, the colorway was often overlooked at the time but quickly grew in popularity with KD fans after Durant transitioned to the KD 7. A year later, it’s safe to say the return was a no-brainer — both for those who gravitated to this silhouette at its peak and newer sneakerheads who overlooked the shoe in favor of other KD silhouettes at the time.

Fans can also expect to see several other fan-favorite KD 6 colorways make a comeback in 2026, including KD 6 “Peanut Butter and Jelly” and KD 6 “All-Star”. In the meantime, the KD 18 “Aunt Pearl” is also on its way, which will arrive later this Holiday 2025.
