Nike Releases The LeBron 18 “Reflections Flip”

In celebration of LeBron James winning his fourth NBA championship and Finals MVP award, Nike dropped several restocks as well as debuting the LeBron 18 “Reflections Flip” colorway.

This “Flip” design features a White base instead of Black from the “Reflections” pair that debuted back in September.

The reflection theme is expressed through slightly altered colors on the left and right shoe, with variations on the sole, logos, heel tab and laces. Iconography representing his 17 seasons to date creates unique collages that appear as graphics on the heel, tongue and sockliner. With a lightweight White Knitposite 2.0 upper, durable molded heel clip, new Air system in the tongue and a full-length Air Zoom unit combined with a Max AIR unit in the heel, this game-changing design elevates the LeBron signature line to the next level.

Following their “Wasabi” collab back in 2018, END and ASICS are teaming up once again to release another Gel Lyte III, this time inspired by the pearl that symbolizes something that takes time to grow.

This ASICS Gel Lyte III features a premium luxe suede and leather build in Purple tones, Ivory White and Grey hues to reflect the iridescent nature of pearls, while the split-tongue design pays tribute to the model’s performance roots. Better Air Jordan 5: “Metallic” or “Grape”

In 2020, Jordan Brand celebrated the 30th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 5, a model that certainly has a range of coveted OG colorways. Two of those includes the “Metallic” and “Grape” releases.

The Air Jordan 5 “Metallic” originally released back in 1990. It features a Black nubuck upper with a reflective 3M tongue, Fire Red accents, Nike Air logo on the heels atop a translucent outsole. The sneaker was retro released in 2000, 2007, 2011, and 2016 (shown below).

The Air Jordan 5 “Grape” made its most recent return in 2013 (shown below), which was one of the original four colorways released in 1990, that also retro’d in 2006. The shoes were worn by Michael Jordan during a Wheaties box cover shoot and by Will Smith on the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. It features a White leather upper with Black, New Emerald, and Grape accents atop a translucent outsole.
