Nike and One Piece are getting back together in 2027, this time with three colorways of the GT Cut 4. The pairs are expected to follow the same Devil Fruit themes seen on their Air Max Plus releases, but now those colors are making their way onto Nike’s basketball shoe.
Each pair is expected to follow one of the themes previously used on the Air Max Plus. The Space Purple, Purple Venom, and Atomic Green colorway lines up with the Gomu Gomu theme, while Very Berry, Gym Red, and Green Quartz points toward Ope Ope. An Orange Blaze, Yellow Zest, and Green Charge pair rounds out the group and is expected to represent Mera Mera.
No photos of the One Piece x Nike GT Cut 4 have surfaced yet. Brandon1an reports that the three colorways use palettes similar to the earlier Air Max Plus releases, though it remains unclear how much of the original Devil Fruit designs will carry over to the basketball model.
Another One Piece project had already been hinted at through .SWOOSH. A September 27, 2026 social post used a line from Monkey D. Luffy about never saying goodbye because he plans on seeing people again, giving fans an early clue that the partnership wasn’t finished.
The One Piece x Nike GT Cut 4 “Devil Fruit” Pack is expected to release in Spring 2027 for $190 per pair. Three colorways are currently scheduled, with more details and a first look expected closer to the launch.
