LeBron James wore a bluer shade of purple on opening night than the one seen in early photos of the Nike LeBron 24 “Purple Aura.” The “Opening Night” nickname has stuck online, but the pictures here have a lighter purple weave that’s especially easy to see across the toe.

The Kingknit upper has an open, diamond-shaped pattern with a darker purple layer showing through. Along the outer heel, small “KINGKNIT” lettering sits just above the Swoosh. The logo looks green in some shots and plum in others, with a pale outline around it. Purple carries down to the outsole, where a ribbed black panel wraps up each side of the midfoot.

The Nike LeBron 24 “Purple Aura” drops December 14, 2026. Adult pairs will retail for $200, with grade school sizes priced at $165.
