Nike Basketball and Kyrie Irving will be paying tribute to Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls’ 1996 championship with a commemorative Kyrie 6 for NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago.

This offering of the Nike Kyrie 6 features a Red base paired with Gold and Black detailing throughout atop a speckled translucent outsole. Other details includes “06/16/96” text on the lower tongue of the right shoe and “06/19/16” on the left nodding to Irving’s only NBA Championship. Completing the design is a graphic inner lining pattern resembling the carpet that MJ laid on crying after winning his first NBA title after losing his father.
