NikeLab is bringing back their classic Nike Cortez ’72 that is inspired by Bill Bowerman who co-founded Nike with Phil Knight.

The Nike Cortez ’72 replicates the first Nike Cortez release, including details like zigzag edges, a back pull tab, rubber toe cap, exposed Foam tongue and minimal leather upper. They come dressed in the original color scheme of White, Red, and Blue and even includes a vintage styled-colored tongue.

UPDATE: The Nike Cortez ’72 SP is scheduled to drop tomorrow, September 24th through select Nike Sportswear retail stores, including London based Foot Patrol.
