Baseball has become a recurring theme across Kobe Bryant’s posthumous Nike releases, and the next Air Force 1 Protro takes that connection back to Los Angeles. This “LA Dodgers” colorway borrows from the club’s road uniforms without turning the shoe into a full-on team-themed design.

Light grey leather runs across the upper, while red baseball stitching cuts through the seam between the mid-panel and heel. That detail gives the pair its strongest link to the diamond and also recalls similar stitching used on the Kobe 5.

A snakeskin-textured Swoosh brings in the familiar Black Mamba reference. The heel carries an oversized “8,” continuing the jersey-number detail seen on other Kobe Air Force 1 Protro releases and honoring the number he wore during the first half of his Lakers career.

Official photos now give a better look at the finishing details. The pair comes with fuzzy blue-and-white laces, along with solid blue and white options, while Kobe logos appear on the tongue and insoles. A blue translucent outsole, Kobe’s signature near the heel, and oversized “8” panels across the back complete the Dodgers-inspired design.
