Nike Twelve Time Debuts September 4th

Ja Morant is getting a second performance model with the Nike Twelve Time, a more affordable shoe named after the No. 12 on his jersey. It sits below the main Ja line in price, but the design still carries enough of his branding to feel connected to the rest of the series.

The upper is made up of tightly woven mesh. The midsole contains dual densities of foam. Firmer cushioning is along the lateral side of the shoe to provide more stability while cutting and driving downhill. Nike opted not to include Zoom Air or ZoomX this time around, simplifying the shoe while also making the price point lower without making it strictly casual.

Details around the heel give the shoe most of its identity. Ja logos repeat across the back with hidden “12” markings mixed in, and the oversized Swoosh wraps from the medial side across part of the tongue. The herringbone outsole is split into sharp sections that pick up the shape of Morant’s logo.

“Dark Woods” leads the first group in black with a tongue graphic, followed by the red “Solar” and purple “Nightmare” colorways.

All three Nike Twelve Time styles release September 4, 2026, through Nike and select retailers for $90.
