The adidas Intimidation is getting another release this fall, this time with Brazilian retailer Guadalupe (GDLP). The shoe dates back to 1999, when it was part of adidas’ Feet You Wear basketball lineup. For this collaboration, Guadalupe has covered the upper in hairy suede, giving the old basketball model more of a winter boot look.

The adidas Intimidation returned in 2025 with a HAL Studios collaboration and several general releases, although the model didn’t stick around for long. Guadalupe takes things in another direction by replacing the traditional upper with thick, textured suede. The material covers nearly the entire shoe, giving it a look that’s closer to a winter boot than a basketball sneaker.

Gold branding adds a few small details without changing the overall design. The adidas x GDLP logos appear on the insoles and lateral heel, while a gold handshake graphic sits on the medial side. Most of the attention stays on the suede, which gives this version its distinct look.

The GDLP x adidas Intimidation will release in Fall 2026 through adidas.com and select retailers.
