Edison Chen’s CLOT label is once again pushing boundaries with adidas, this time reimagining the iconic Stan Smith with a unique Espadrille-style sole. Following previous collabs on the Gazelle and Superstar, this latest drop offers a blend of heritage, craftsmanship, and streetwear aesthetic.

The CLOT x Stan Smith features two deconstructed colorways. The first sticks to the classic white and green leather look, reminiscent of the original Stan Smith. The second arrives in black suede with green chenille accents, giving it a rugged, textured appeal. Both pairs ditch the traditional padding, offering a sleek, slimmed-down silhouette.

Key details include hand-stitched visible seams, co-branded insoles, and Chinese characters embroidered on the toe box. The highlight of the design is the woven jute midsole, a nod to the traditional espadrille craftsmanship, fused with a rubber outsole for durability.

The CLOT x adidas Stan Smith Espadrille Pack is set to launch in July 2025 through CLOT, select adidas retailers, and adidas.com. Expect a limited release, with pricing details to be announced soon.
