As a follow up to Ronnie Fieg’s Knicks-inspired colorways, ASICS is now set to release a few general colorways of the EX89, a silhouette that debuted in the late 80s as the Gel-Extreme.

Shown here are three color options resembling the NBA team colors of the Lakers, Knicks, and Celtics. Each ASICS EX89 comes constructed in a full leather build with mesh tongues and lining. Signature branding placements atop a rubber sole completes the design.
Check out the official photos below, and look for these ASICS EX89 styles to release in the coming months at select retailers and ASICS.com. The retail price tag is set at $110 USD each.
