Air Jordan 8 Retro “Phoenix Suns” Release Date

Jordan Brand will be bringing back the Air Jordan 8 models to celebrate Michael Jordan’s 20th anniversary of his first three-peat. The Air Jordan 8 Retro “Phoenix Suns” pays tribute to the 1993 Finals, where MJ and the Bulls earn their first three-peat against the Suns.

The upcoming Air Jordan 8 Retro “Phoenix Suns” features a Black nubuck base with Bright Citrus and Grey accents along with Deep Royal Blue hints. These are set to debut this May 2013 to select Jordan Brand accounts. Let us know if these will be a must-cop when they drop, and keep it locked to Sneaker Bar for more release info.

P.S. These are also being named Air Jordan 8 Retro “Knicks” due to the color-scheme having Deep Royal Blue instead of Purple. However, they pay tribute to the ’93 Finals which the Bulls defeated the Suns to earn their first three-peat. Kinda similar debate as the Air Jordan 4 “Cavs”, so for your likings just call them what “YOU’D” like them to be.
