Both Air Jordan 7 colorways is a tribute to Michael Jordan’s first back-to-back NBA Championship back on June 14th, 1992, defeating the Portland Trailblazers.
Big victories require big celebrations and now Jordan Brand will be following up on last years Air Jordan 6 “Celebration Collection” and debut another “Cigar” and “Champagne” release that will also celebrate the 23rd Anniversary of the Air Jordan 7.
The Air Jordan 7 “Champagne” is dressed in a mixture of White, Metallic Gold, and Black. Featuring a full White-based upper with Black overlays, Metallic Gold detailing on the tongue and upper collar, while the midsole and outsole is completely all-White with a Black Jumpman logo on the outsole heel. Paying a fitting tribute to the first of two back-to-back Championships the shoe is equipped with the unique ring lace toggles.
