The adidas TMAC 5 “It Starts Raining” is an upcoming adidas TMAC 5 colorway that is inspired by a famous “Impossible Is Nothing” adidas TV commercial from back in 2005.

In the commercial, Tracy McGrady overcomes different obstacles that are thrown at him from a few youngsters. At the end of the TV spot, TMAC finishes with a jumper to win the game, followed by rain pouring down on him.

Ten years later, adidas Basketball is now releasing an inspired adidas TMAC 5, dubbed “It Starts Raining.” The shoe features a full Black-based upper with a mixture of Blue and Green rain showers detailed throughout the base of the shoe. Underneath the cross-strap reads “It Starts Rainin,” along with the back of the tongue reading 1-of-2000, indicating this releases will be limited to 2,000 pairs.

An exact release date has yet to be determine, but they are rumored to debut later this November 2015. Check out the additional images below and stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for further updates as they develop.
