The New Balance 1890 “Metallic Blue” is arriving in Fall/Winter 2026 with glossy blue panels covering much of the front. The metallic finish wraps around the toe before extending along the sides in curved sections outlined in silver. Black mesh fills the spaces between the overlays, with darker blue panels sitting beneath the large silver “N” logos.

Silver takes over toward the heel, where black textured inserts are worked into the metallic panels. “1890” lettering appears on the lateral side, and a small New Balance logo is placed at the back. The rest of the upper includes a blck mesh tongue, speckled black-and-white laces, and blue detailing around the eyelets. Light grey padding lines the collar.

Underfoot, translucent blue ABZORB cushioning pods run from the forefoot to the heel, sitting beneath a dark navy midsole. Each section is separated, with grey rubber covering the outsole.

The New Balance 1890 “Metallic Blue” will be available during Fall/Winter 2026 through NewBalance.com and select retailers. The retail price is $190.
