The Air Jordan 1 Mid is getting a winter-ready makeover for Fall 2026, trading its usual leather build for shaggy black suede. The change gives the familiar mid-top a heavier look without pushing it all the way into sneakerboot territory.

Black suede runs across the entire upper, covering the toe, side panels, overlays, collar, and Swooshes. Team Red shows up in smaller doses on the Wings logo and Jumpman branding. Rope-style laces use the same dark red shade with lighter threads woven throughout, while metal eyelets near the collar add another boot-inspired detail.

Jordan Brand keeps the rest of the shoe dark with a black tongue, lining, and midsole. A gum rubber outsole is the only major break from the black upper and can be seen wrapping slightly around the toe and heel.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Black/Team Red” releases in Fall 2026 at Nike.com and select Jordan Brand retailers for $140.
