The Nike Air Penny 4 will be making a return in 2017 with a few Orlando Magic-inspired colorways.

One of those releases is this Black and Dark Neon Royal colorway. Featuring a Black nubuck and tumbled leather upper, with Blue contrasting accents on the trim and heel. 1CENT logos seen throughout and an icy translucent outsole completes the look.
