Nike Basketball blends innovation with heritage in the upcoming Nike Book 1 “Mowabb”. First seen on Devin Booker against the Milwaukee Bucks, this sneaker pays tribute to the 1991 Air Mowabb “Twine”, designed by Tinker Hatfield.
The Nike Book 1 “Mowabb” showcases a Sesame, Black, Bright Mandarin, Smoke Grey, and Dusty Cactus colorway. Its Golden Yellow upper mirrors the ACG classic, while Black Swooshes and orange accents create striking contrast. Textured canvas and suede overlays add durability, ensuring long-lasting wear. The orange “Air Book” pull tabs on the heel bring extra personality to the design.
For performance, a grey speckled midsole nods to Nike’s trail-running legacy. Meanwhile, a rubber outsole with herringbone traction ensures excellent grip on the court. A “96” branding on the heel tab honors Booker’s birth year, adding a meaningful touch to his signature line.
