Yohji Yamamoto is taking the classic adidas Superstar and given it a futuristic makeover with the debut of the adidas Y-3 Super Zip.

From stripping out the Three Stripes from the sides and even adds zippers to the sneaker that makes this release a more edgier looking silhouette. Taking the traditional lacing system and adding two zippers, the shoe still includes laces behind the new look. An off-White midsole, shell toe and Y-3 branding on the heel completes the look.
