Whimsy Japan has teamed up with Billy’s Tokyo and Vans to release two Authentic skate models dressed in a two-toned color blocking.

One pair sports a Black upper with Neon Green soles, while the other sports a White upper with Light Blue soles. Both include Red accents on the tongues, side label and heels.
