Reebok marks the 40th anniversary of the Club C 85 with a bold collaboration. This time, the brand partners with Japanese streetwear label WACKO MARIA. The result is a reggae-inspired take on the classic tennis sneaker.
The Reebok Club C 85 drops in two colorways—black and white. Both pairs feature premium leather uppers, leopard-print sockliners, and vibrant details. The design stays true to WACKO MARIA’s eclectic aesthetic, mixing streetwear with music culture.
Rasta-inspired embroidery in red, yellow, and green decorates the Reebok side branding. Embroidered cannabis leaves appear on the heel, adding a rebellious touch. The tongue features Old English-style WACKO MARIA branding for a vintage feel. Inside, the brand’s motto, “Music is the trigger of imaginations,” reinforces its deep connection to music.
To celebrate the release, Reebok taps Japanese reggae and dancehall artist ZendaMan. His presence adds authenticity to the campaign, embracing Jamaican influences. His style perfectly represents the street-meets-reggae theme of the sneaker.
The WACKO MARIA x Reebok Club C 85 releases on February 28, 2025. The drop happens at WACKO MARIA (12 PM JST), Reebok.com (10 AM ET), and select retailers. Fans of streetwear, reggae culture, and classic sneakers won’t want to miss it.
