Union LA is set to drop its highly anticipated Air Jordan 1 collaboration on February 28, 2025.
Following the success of previous releases, this upcoming project continues Union’s signature mash-up of classic 1985 colorways. While official details highlight a blend of “Chicago” and “Shadow” hues, a newly surfaced sample suggests an alternate version.
The unreleased Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High OG “UNC Royal” Sample features a unique fusion of UNC and Royal Blue across the upper, with Union’s signature exposed stitching and yellow laces adding bold contrast. Additional elements include a vintage-inspired sole unit, premium tumbled leather, and an orange Jumpman hangtag, reinforcing the collaborative effort’s premium feel.
Despite its striking design, there’s no confirmation that this “UNC Royal” sample will release. However, its appearance builds anticipation for Union LA’s upcoming Jordan 1 drop, reinforcing the brand’s creative take on Jordan retros.
Stay tuned for official announcements regarding the Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High OG release. Expect the confirmed colorway to launch via Union LA, select Jordan Brand retailers, and Nike SNKRS, priced at $200 USD.
