The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Pale Vanilla” Samples have leaked, providing fans with another look at La Flame’s never-before-seen archival sneaker designs. As one of the most sought-after collaborators for both Nike and Jordan Brand, Travis Scott has never disappointed when it comes to building hype for his Jordan 1 projects, and even some of his canceled samples have been highly discussed within the sneakerhead community.
Featuring his signature Reverse Swoosh detail, these sample pairs are much more subdued in their presentation and are covered in a layer of off-white leather. One is finished in a blush pink colorway, while the other pair is presented in a light gray-blue tone. Both feature cream midsoles, a stitched Cactus Jack embossed heel tag, and even more of those stitched accents that really tie the entire design together. It’s a very raw look that just screams “sample”, but in a way that also feels very on-brand for Travis Scott, even if these pairs will probably never see a retail release.
As for when these could have been released, some have speculated that these could be early versions of Scott’s mysterious “Pink Pack” or simply variants of his “Pale Vanilla” series that were previously teased a few seasons ago. There are no clear sample tags visible in the photos, so it’s hard to pinpoint when they were made. Nevertheless, these pairs fit very well within Travis Scott’s overall Jordan 1 Low catalog, as their muted colorways feel right at home among his previous and most successful colorways.
Release info for these Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Pale Vanilla” Samples is probably slim to none, but these samples only add to the legend of Travis Scott within the sneaker world. These are definitely some of the best Travis Scott samples we have seen so far and really remind us how influential Travis Scott has been for both Nike and Jordan Brand. Even his sample pairs that won’t be released have become some of the most talked-about Travis Scott pairs.
