Steph Curry’s first sneaker release with Li-Ning is coming through the Way of Wade line. Before his own signature model arrives, Curry is putting his name on the Way of Wade 12 for a two-pair “Curry Moment” pack.

“Liberty” goes heavy on teal, covering nearly everything from the upper and laces to the sole. Gold hardware breaks up the color, and the toe has an embroidered panel that adds more detail up close. “Obsidian” flips the look with a mostly black build, exposed carbon fiber near the heel, and smaller teal hits around the tongue, eyelets, outsole, and rear.

Both shoes carry Curry’s logo on the tongue and heel, while Dwyane Wade branding stays in place. It’s still clearly a Way of Wade 12, just with Curry worked into the design rather than simply adding his name to an existing colorway.

Nothing changes with the performance setup. SUPER BOOM cushioning remains underfoot, paired with the carbon fiber plate used on the standard Way of Wade 12.
