Curry Brand Unveils New Li-Ning Logo

Curry Brand unveiled a fresh logo, marking the start of a new era for the company alongside Li-Ning. Following Stephen Curry’s formal announcement of his long-term pact with the Chinese athletic wear company, the updated logo for Curry Brand, which modifies its prior design, was revealed on July 1, 2026.

The redesigned logo retains Curry Brand’s distinctive font and circular motif, but incorporates visual touches that echo Li-Ning. This subtle update is crucial for the partnership to function under a unified brand identity as they aim to grow the company beyond just basketball footwear and apparel.

“This is the partnership of a lifetime,” Curry said in a statement when he first announced the deal back in early June. “We’re looking forward to accessing Li-Ning’ s immense product development, retail and global infrastructure resources while continuing to build Curry Brand as our own athlete-empowered label.”

Curry Brand will continue to focus on sneakers, but footwear will only be one pillar of a much larger business. The companies are expected to collaborate on basketball performance apparel and sneakers, golf equipment, lifestyle clothing, partnerships with other athletes, and even brick-and-mortar stores in the U.S. and China. Not to mention, Li-ning operates thousands of retail locations throughout Asia, which gives Curry Brand’s lineup an opportunity to scale on a global level.

Curry had become well aware of Li-Ning years before the deal was signed. During his shoe free agency, Curry monitored the brand’s relationships with athletes like Dwyane Wade and Jimmy Butler, later citing its focus on product development and building a company around athletes as two of the biggest reasons he chose Li-Ning. The NBA star also praised Li-ning founder Li Ning, a five-time Olympic medalist in gymnastics.

Now, Curry Brand has a symbol to represent its new era with Li-ning. More shoes and details on how the brand enters its expansion phase should be revealed in the coming months.
