Sneaker Talk: Let’s Talk – Nike Zoom Kobe V (5) “5 Rings”

Kobe Bryant’s 5th championship didn’t come easy as the Los Angeles Lakers had to go to a game 7 against Boston Celtics during the 2010 NBA Championship. However, they came up with a victory which not only earn the Lakers their 31st championship, but Kobe’s 5th ring (one less than MJ). To honor Kobe’s accomplishment, Nike released a special pair of limited edition Nike Zoom Kobe V (5) “5 Rings”. Featuring a similar makeup to the previous Nike Zoom KD IV “Scoring Title” that is considered a must-have for any Lakers fan.

Since Kobe Bryant has yet to win another championship, with this year being his best opportunity; do you think it’s time to see some Kobe’s start to retro? If so, would these be on your list? Lastly, if Kobe ties MJ for 6 rings, do you think Nike should make a special pair similar to the “5 Rings”?
