With 4th of July just around the corner, PUMA is dropping the perfect All-American sneaker to wear – Palace Guard 4th of July.
Originally worn by former Detroit Pistons PG and 12-time NBA All-Star, Isiah Thomas, the kicks helped him secure back-to-back championships in ’89 and ’90.
This year, the newest iteration of the Palace Guard commemorates USA’s Independence Day and pays homage to the Declaration of Independence with a worn Suede upper and first sentences of the historic document printed on the sock liner. The USA’s founding date July 4th, 1776 is embossed on the heel while stars and stripes laces top off the patriotic look.
