A young Pacers fan helped shape one of the more personal PUMA Hali 1 colorways. While Tyrese Haliburton was recovering from his Achilles injury, the fan sent in sneaker sketches through Indiana’s Hearts for Hali campaign. One of those drawings ended up becoming a real Hali 1.

The design came from Teddy Lockart, who included several sneaker sketches in his letter to Haliburton. PUMA ended up using one of them as the base for this pair, keeping the same general color setup from Teddy’s original drawing.
The shoe starts with a black base and adds a white TPU cage through the upper. Purple lands on the PUMA branding, heel clip, and outsole, giving the pair a look that may remind some people of the Sacramento Kings.
For now, it is unclear if the PUMA Hali 1 “Teddy Lockart” will be released to the public or stay exclusive to Haliburton. A wider release has yet to be announced.
