PAN x Nike Air 180 “NIX” Releases in Exclusive “Yellow” Colorway

Berlin’s avant-garde record label PAN continues its creative journey with Nike through a fresh “Yellow” edition of the PAN x Nike Air 180 NIX. This drop follows the earlier “Black” colorway and celebrates experimental design inspired by electronic music culture.

The sneaker was designed by PAN founder Bill Kouligas. It merges classic Air Max styling with innovative construction and striking details. The upper features a layered blend of materials, including woven textiles and a unique shrink-wrapped shroud. Its worn-in aesthetic reflects underground club culture and evolving style trends.

Moreover, each pair was crafted to emphasize handcrafted imperfection. That’s thanks to the Rayon Vert workshop at Milan Design Week, where customization brought a personal touch to each shoe. As a result, no two pairs are exactly alike—making this release a true collector’s piece.

The muted yellow palette with glossy overlays delivers a futuristic yet lived-in vibe. Underfoot, the Nike Air 180 cushioning keeps it rooted in running heritage while elevating streetwear appeal. Branding is kept minimal, focusing on the texture and shape rather than logos.

Released today, April 9, 2025, the PAN x Nike Air 180 NIX “Yellow” is available exclusively via PAN’s Bandcamp. This launch marks the first time a sneaker has dropped on the music platform.

To wrap it up, this latest release from PAN and Nike showcases how sound, style, and storytelling can align. The PAN Air 180 NIX “Yellow” isn’t just a shoe—it’s a statement of design and culture.
