Better Nike Air Yeezy Release: “Blink” or “Solar Red”

Before the Travis Scott hype, Kanye West dominated the sneaker industry when he debuted his first sneaker collaboration with Nike, the Air Yeezy.

Released back in April 2009, the Nike Air Yeezy “Blink” features a Black upper paired with Pink accents on the inner lining, lace-lock and “YEEZY” printed heel tabs. Its entire upper featured an all-over “Y” print lines completed with a glow-in-the-dark outsole.

Dressed in a similar color blocking, the Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Solar Red” debuted back in June 2012. Designed by Nathan VanHook, this release was one of the most hyped and sought-after sneakers of all-time featuring a Black base with Solar Red accents and glow-in-the-dark soles. The model itself was the last from Kanye and Nike before he headed over to adidas.

Released in February 2017, the adidas Yeezy Boost 750 “OG” was Kanye West’s very first collaborative shoe with the Three Stripes.

Dressed in a Light Brown colorway, the adidas Yeezy Boost 750 comes constructed with a premium suede upper, velcro straps, perforated vamp and zippers on the side panel for easy slip-on access. Oversized rope laces, TPU midsole atop a Boost cushioned sole completed the design.

This extremely rare Eminem x Air Jordan 3 Sample has some current A Ma Maniere and “Denim” vibes featuring a White tumbled leather upper, smooth leather mudguards and Grey elephant print overlays. Other details includes White embroidered Jumpman tongue logos with Red used in the rear atop a Grey rubber outsole. Rounding out the design is “Eminem” branded insoles confirming the collaboration.
