Nike is honoring Mexican wrestling with a special edition Air Max 90 “Lucha Libre” release.

Paying homage to the 150-year-old Mexican tradition, this Nike Air Max 90 features a White mesh base on the left shoe, while the right uses Black. The same mismatch look is used on the patent leather overlays, midsoles, Air cassettes, liners, laces, and soles. The two main fighting styles, Los Rudos (The Rude – the Bad Guys) and Los Technicos (The Technical — the Good Guys) are imprinted on the lateral mudguards. Other details includes gradient tongue tags and insoles, with the latter branded with “Lucha Libre” completing the Mexican theme.
