S.R Studio Does Marbling Art On The Vans Old Skool and Authentic 44

S.R Studio and Vans present another in their series of off-kilter collaborations, the Marbling Collection. Coming on August 14, 2025, the 2-pack includes the Authentic 44 and Old Skool 36. Both shoes feature classic silhouettes and S.R Studio LA CA’s dependable Vibram outsole.

In true S.R Studio fashion, the focus is on showstopping graphics. Both shoes are covered in a highly-visible yellow and black “Marbling” pattern. A swirling and splattered arrangement of shapes evokes the process of dripping ink into water. Laid out across the canvas, the effect is simultaneously considered and haphazard. The graphic runs from the toe cap, up through the midsole and out to the heel of each shoe.

Keeping with S.R Studio’s house style, co-branded laces in white-on-black printing add an extra layer of detail and cements the continuation between the pair and the duo’s previous releases.

The S.R Studio x Vans Collection will drop on August 14th via Vans.com and select retailers.

Sonic The Hedgehog x PUMA Collection Releases October 2025

Speed, brains, and brooding cool meet kicks courtesy of PUMA’s upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog x PUMA Collection. Arriving October 30, the three-shoe capsule features nods to Sonic, Tails, and Shadow with bright graphics and classic silhouettes.

The PUMA Inhale “Sonic” takes PUMA’s early aughts sneaker and updates it with mesh in Sonic’s electric blue. Swatches of red and silver color block the shoe and a bit of yellow ties the look together. A graphic of Sonic inside the insole is the cherry on top.

The PUMA Inverse Chrome “Tails” glimmers gold with panels of chrome, white and orange accents, and a custom fox tail PUMA logo. The sneaker fully embodies Tails’ youthful exuberance and nerd-chic aesthetic.

The PUMA Inverse Chrome “Shadow” is the darker horse in the lineup. Details of red chrome cut across the shoe’s black upper and design elements borrow from Shadow’s hover shoes and red eyes.

Nike Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal” Releases August 19th via SNKRS Exclusive

UPDATE 8/5/25: Nike has confirmed the Air Max 1000 “Oat” (Oatmeal) will release to all SNKRS members in North America on August 19th at 10AM PST / 1 PM EST.

This limited-edition colorway will drop via a 10-minute Draw in the SNKRS app, with only a small number of pairs available.

Original Story 6/12/25:

Nike has just announced that it will release its Nike Air Max 1000 model in “Oatmeal” colorway, perfect for the Summer 2025 season.

Made from digitally produced upper and lattice midsole, the Air Max 1000 was created through cutting-edge 3D-printing technology from Zellerfeld. It is a seamless sneaker with digitally-molded construction. The 1000’s upper is attached to the midsole with no stitched panels in the construction, giving the sneaker a sleeker and more futuristic look and feel.

The sneakers come in a tonal Oatmeal colorway, which results in a clean and versatile aesthetic. Bright red visible Air unit in the heel juxtaposes a bit of color with the rest of the shoe, while providing responsive cushioning. The shoe also prioritizes sustainable production, as its unique construction results in less waste than traditional sneakers.

Other small details include discrete Swoosh branding, heel tabs, and “Made in Germany” markings, alluding to the shoe’s premium quality and futuristic design. Flexible outsole with dedicated traction provide a stable and comfortable ride.

An on-trend footwear model engineered for fans of forward-thinking design and premium performance, the Nike Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal” further pushes Nike’s boundaries with 3D-printed sneakers and sustainable materials.

The Nike Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal” will release at select Nike Sportswear retailers and online at Nike.com in August 2025, retailing for $210 USD.

Nike Air Max 1000 “Black” Zellerfeld Exclusive, Limited To 300 Pairs

UPDATE 8/5/25: The Nike Air Max 1000 “Black” colorway releases August 19, 2025, exclusively on the Zellerfeld website at 3:30 PM EST. Limited to just 300 pairs.

Original Story 7/30/25:
Nike continues to build its lineup of 3D-printed shoes with the Air Max 1000 “Black” — the newest colorway, which will drop exclusively at Zellerfeld.com.

Originally shown at ComplexCon 2023 earlier this year, the Nike Air Max 1000 gained attention for its sci-fi-like construction and exclusivity. Since then, the brand has experimented with regional drops like the “Blue” Paris pair and “Oatmeal” iteration that’s soon to drop on SNKRS.

This fresh “Black” variant sees a strictly black color scheme, with contrasting neon green Air Max 1000 heel unit and stark Future Bowerman branding. The silhouette itself is a nod to Tinker Hatfield’s original Air Max 1 design with that retro inspiration being woven into the futuristic 3D-printed design.

Made from Zellerfeld’s proprietary filament technology, the footwear offers a distinctive feel. Testers found the fit to be a tad snug, particularly in the toe box. The midsole offers plush cushioning in the forefoot with a firmer support around the heel.

For those who are tracking Nike’s most innovative release yet, stay tuned.

The Nike Air Max 1000 “Black” will release on August 19, 2025 exclusively through Zellerfeld. The retail price tag is set at $180 USD.

Snoop Dogg Wears Feid x Salomon XT-4 Friends & Family at Hard Summer 2025

Snoop Dogg knows how to work a crowd even 30+ years into his career. During Feid’s set at Hard Summer 2025 in Los Angeles, the legendary rapper showed up to surprise the audience wearing unreleased Feid x Salomon XT-4 Friends & Family sneakers.

Willy Chavarria Reveals The adidas Oaxaca Slip-On

Willy Chavarria has just unveiled the adidas Oaxaca Slip-On, in a cultural nod to its Latin American roots. Introduced at Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, the silhouette is a streetwear take on the traditional Mexican huarache shoe, which has been a staple in Chicanos’ wardrobes. The new Oaxaca slip-on is it’s modern Chavarria iteration.

Made with a woven leather upper and a thick, trail-ready rubber outsole, the sneaker is an elevated take on the traditional sandal. It is a striking design, as it manages to combine heritage and artisanal construction with streetwear silhouettes. We love it.

The sneaker is a part of adidas Originals’ initiatives in Puerto Rico, where the German brand is helping tell the cultural stories of Puerto Ricans through the voices of those that help define their future.

Roland x New Balance Numeric Tiago Lemos 808 Lite Releases August 8th

Roland and New Balance Numeric are back with another drop of their Tiago Lemos 808 Lite, honoring the legendary TR-808. First introduced in 2024 and sold out quickly, this updated 2025 edition celebrates both skateboarding and electronic music.

Released to coincide with Roland’s annual “808 Day” on August 8, the Numeric Tiago Lemos 808 Lite 2025 edition is all about celebrating Roland’s TR-808 Rhythm Composer. In regards to the color scheme, the overall aesthetic is black, with splashes of orange, red, and yellow details. A combination of suede, mesh, and leather make up the upper. Naturally, the Numeric’s “N” logo is also decked out in all the gradient goodness. Further up the heel, you’ll find an embroidered “Rhythm Composer” tag. A patch will attach to your laces, and this detachable Roland drum machine keychain serves as the pair’s sneakerwood.

Performance-wise, the New Balance Numeric 808 Lite was designed with skating in mind. You get the usual FuelCell cushioning, NDurance outsole rubber, and of course, tips from Tiago himself about durability and how the shoe feels on a board. While the translucent sole is purely stylistic, they kept traction in mind when producing the sole cup.

It’s not often that you get to see music history and skate culture seamlessly come together in a single silhouette like this. On the board or off, this pair is sure to make some noise. With this re-release, it’s clear the 808 legacy still bangs in more ways than one.
