Nike Doernbecher Freestyle 21 (2026) Collection Includes The Air Jordan 17

Nike Doernbecher Freestyle is one of the most special traditions in sneakers. For 20-plus years, the program has raised over $40 million for OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, allowing young patients to express themselves by designing custom sneakers. Patient creators then auction their own pairs off to raise funds for the hospital, with each design a unique combination of their inspirations, interests, and courage.

Across two decades, the Doernbecher Freestyle Collection has included everything from Air Max essentials to highly coveted Air Jordans. One retro silhouette has always taken center stage in the lineup. For 2025, the spotlight will shine on the Air Jordan 17, the model recently confirmed to lead the Doernbecher Freestyle 21 Collection.

According to Kicks Finder, the Doernbecher Freestyle 21 also includes an impressive supporting cast. Making the journey with the Air Jordan 17 are the Air Force 1 ’07, Air Max DN8, Air Max Plus, V2K Run, and Vomero Plus. Each silhouette has its own unique history as a heritage classic or performance sneaker and will be recreated with a patient design ethos. That’s the care that sneakerheads will take notice of – no two pairs of these shoes will ever feel the same.

Nike will officially unveil the entire Doernbecher Freestyle 2026 Collection on October 17th, 2025, at the Portland Art Museum. All pairs are set to release in Spring 2026, via Nike SNKRS and select retailers.

First looks, designer backstories, and auction details will be released as the official reveal date nears.

WORKSOUT x Nike Air Max 95 “Thunder Blue” Releases September 2025

UPDATE 8/27/25: South Korea’s WORKSOUT has unveiled their Nike Air Max 95 “Thunder Blue” collab, a Seoul-exclusive launch set for September 2025. Limited pairs will release only in South Korea, making this drop even harder to secure than the earlier black edition. Official release details and raffle information are expected soon.

Original Story 7/18/25:
Nike has teamed up with Seoul-based streetwear stalwart Worksout to breathe new life into a familiar silhouette. The Nike Air Max 95 will receive its third new-toned colorway in “Thunder Blue”. The resulting design meshes classic ’90s running genealogy with a distinctly Korean street sensibility. The Worksout Air Max 95 is equal parts vintage homage and current sneaker culture zeitgeist.

The upper of the shoe is a layered combination of navy and indigo mesh, suede and leather, with a woven texture. This results in a tonal depth not unlike indigo dyeing techniques. The signature undulating overlays characteristic of the Air Max 95 are all dipped in a gradient of Thunder Blue, subtly graduating from a dark navy to a slate. Reflective detailing adds for a nice contrast, while custom Worksout branding can be found on the insoles.

Underfoot, the exposed Air Max units in the heel and forefoot remain unchanged. This gives the shoe its signature cushioning and bounce. The tonal execution is completed with a beige midsole and blue rubber outsole. This makes for a clean sneaker that will age well even with miles on it.

adidas Dame 10 “Black Sulfur” Releases September 1st

UPDATE 8/27/25: adidas confirms the Dame 10 “Black Sulfur” will release on September 1st.

Original Story 6/22/25:
Dame Time is back—and this time it’s dripping in Milwaukee Bucks style. The adidas Dame 10 “Black Sulfur” brings serious flavor with a cream mesh base and bold black details. Wavy 3D overlays stretch across the upper like Lillard stretching defenses.

Green accents nod to the Bucks, popping on the sockliner, mini Three Stripes, and tongue’s signature “X” logo. The cherry—or should we say blueberry—on top? Bright blue Damian Lillard branding on the tongue and heel, giving the shoe some extra splash.

Underneath, the full-length Lightstrike cushioning is ready to absorb hard landings after deep threes. Meanwhile, a bottom-loaded Y-shank adds support, keeping your ankles from becoming highlights. The cream foam midsole blends perfectly with the icy blue rubber outsole for a crisp finish.

And yes, the outsole even flexes Dame’s logo. Because why not dunk in style and let the court know who’s boss?

The adidas Dame 10 “Black Sulfur” releases on September 1, 2025 at adidas.com and select retailers for just $95.

Don’t wait until the buzzer—scoop them up and step into Dame’s world in style.

adidas Dame 10 “Electric Pink” Releases September 1st

UPDATE 8/27/25: adidas confirms the Dame 10 “Electric Pink” will release on September 1st.

Original Story 6/21/25:
When subtle isn’t your style and you want your sneakers as loud as your game, enter the adidas Dame 10 “Beam Pink”. Damian Lillard’s latest signature shoe just got dipped in highlighter and served fresh for hoopers and hypebeasts alike.

This new colorway is anything but quiet. With black accents keeping things grounded, the upper flaunts layers of pink in every shade imaginable—like a flamingo went full MVP mode. The waves and contours in the design look like Dame dropped 71 and then flexed his sneakers into art.

On the performance side, the LIGHTSTRIKE midsole isn’t just a flashy name—it’s built for explosive moves and smooth landings. The outsole traction? It’s grippy enough to break ankles, not promises.

The adidas Dame 10 “Electric Pink” drops September 1, 2025 via adidas.com and select retailers for $95.

These Dame 10s prove one thing: pink isn’t soft—it’s powerful. Don’t miss out on this bold, baller-approved release.

adidas Anthony Edwards 2 Unveiled in Bold Colorways

Anthony Edwards’ inaugural visit to China has only solidified the young NBA star as one of the league’s most approachable athletes. From answering fan questions like “Ni hao what’s hannin?” to meeting up with Yao Ming, Edwards has provided plenty of viral social moments. However, the most exciting came in the form of adidas debuting his second signature shoe, the adidas Anthony Edwards 2.

The AE2 continues the success of his first sneaker, with the same futuristic design language and bold sculpted silhouettes. Each version of the shoe comes with a black tongue, collar, and lining, which also creates a sort of uniformity between different colorways of the sneaker. For the launch collection, adidas is centering three key editions.

The first pair to be released is the “With Love” colorway on October 4th, which consists of a Lucid Pink upper, bold orange accents, and is detailed similar to adidas’ campaign images of Edwards. Later that month, the “Blue Fusion” edition releases October 25th, constructed in a blue mesh upper with lime green accents and a neutral grey cage. The third and final edition is a futuristic Black/Green pair that slides on a jet-black upper with prominent neon green overlays that is expected in Spring 2026.

With Edwards already exploding as a global star and adidas providing full support for his signature series, the AE2 is poised to be one of the most important basketball sneaker drops of 2025. Look for each pair to drop through adidas.com and select retailers this fall.

NFL x Crocs Collection Kicks Off September 18th

UPDATE 8/27/25: Crocs and the NFL are officially kicking off their new partnership with the first wave of team-themed clogs. Launching September 18th, the debut collection will retail between $80 and $85 in adult sizing. Instead of covering all 32 franchises right away, this initial drop highlights a select group of fan-favorite teams. Included in the lineup are the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals, Las Vegas Raiders, Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings, and San Francisco 49ers.

This staggered rollout gives fans of these featured squads an early chance to rep their team in Crocs form, while also leaving room for future waves to expand the collection.

Original Story 8/18/25:
The NFL x Crocs Classic Clog Collection launches the new multi-year partnership between Crocs and the National Football League. For its first release, the collection spotlights 14 of the NFL’s teams, including the Chiefs, Lions, Cowboys, 49ers, and Dolphins, with more from across the league coming later this season.

Arriving in the team’s official colors, each design is topped with a custom team logo and a color-coordinated heel strap and can be fully lined in fleece. NFL-inspired Jibbitz charms include balls and field details to showcase team pride while out and about. Creative team-specific collaborations, like the Bears’ fur-and-claw design and Vikings’ horn accents, round out one of the most inventive sports collections from Crocs yet.

The Crocs x NFL collaboration brings new fanatics and collectors to the Crocs family by combining fun novelty with authentic fan gear. Crocs is proud to partner with the NFL to continue building on its history as both a casual streetwear staple and fan merch.

Nike Sabrina 3 “Silencer” Honors Ionescu’s Clutch Moments

UPDATE 8/27/25: The Nike Sabrina 3 “Silencer” is set to release on September 6, 2025 for $135 USD. GS pairs will also be available.

Original Story 7/29/25:
Nike embraces powerful narratives with the Nike Sabrina 3 “Silencer” releasing this Fall 2025.

Sabrina Ionescu and Kobe Bryant both making a silencing gesture during Team USA games
Sabrina Ionescu and Kobe Bryant deliver iconic “silencer” gestures while representing Team USA, each quieting the crowd in clutch moments.

The simple colorway is a nod to some monumental moments in Sabrina Ionescu career. The release itself hasn’t been officially tied to an event by Nike, but the name of the shoe speaks for itself. Most will remember Ionescu’s clutch performance for Team USA against Belgium where she nailed a late game three-pointer to silence the home crowd. As she hit the shot, she pointed to the scoreboard, then silenced the crowd with a finger to her lips. The game was already sealed but it counted due to the point system in the Olympics. The entire celebration seemed like more than an emotional release, it was purposeful and brave. The theme also brings to mind Kobe Bryant’s four-point play to silence a crowd in the 2008 Olympic final. Both moments have served to further build this legacy.

Nike maintains the performance makeup of the Sabrina 3 while dialing in unique aesthetic details with this edition. The upper is mixed with Summit White and Photon Dust tones, while translucent aqua cables and a black Iron Grey Swoosh complete the details. A Washed Coral midsole and outsole bring a soft gradient to the mix, while a muted yellow forefoot overlay adds in a touch of contrast.

On the inside, the Sabrina 3 offers the same performance for her on the court. A combination of Cushlon 3.0 and Phylon dual-density foam maintain a responsive cushioning and stable support. Cable lockdown system gives her a secure lockdown in any direction. Ionescu’s signature branding is also present with a stitched “S” on the tongue and a “20” stripe on the heel.

For basketball fans who have been following her career, or sneaker fans who love a clean pastel sneaker with a purpose, the Sabrina 3 “Silencer” is a standout release both on and off the court.

Engineered Garments x Vans OTW Slip-On Releases August 28th

The Engineered Garments x Vans OTW Slip-On releases August 28, 2025, paying a radical homage to one of Vans’ most storied silhouettes. The drop continues longtime Vans collaborator Daiki Suzuki’s Engineered Garments take on skateboarding and fashion.

Where some past EG collabs have played it deceptively subdued, this new drop employs a misaligned color block scheme to tell its story. The standout colorway is a red/blue canvas Slip-On, a direct reference to Vans’ first model, the Authentic (Style #44). The asymmetric color scheme speaks to the uneven ways skate icon Tony Alva would often wear out a pair, inspiring Vans’ own red/blue Era (Style #95) a few years later. A subtle, but essential nod that will no doubt make sneaker historians nod with approval.

A second, more muted, colorway sticks with black and navy panels juxtaposed against traditional white sidewalls. Both versions maintain classic details like gum waffle outsoles, exposed contrast stitching and OTW skateboard logo print on each heel. The insole features co-branding that reinforces the connection between Vans and Engineered Garments’ NYC history.

Priced at $100, the collab is a sensible price point for a sneaker with this much connection to its cultural roots and original craft. Slip-Ons have always been a stealth classic for their versatility, but this drop illustrates how creative storytelling can enhance a wardrobe staple. A subtle, but perfectly pointed reminder of why Vans’ archives remain a source of design inspiration.

The Engineered Garments x Vans OTW Slip-On will release August 28, 2025, at vans.com/otw and at select retailers. Which colorway do you prefer—the statement red/blue or the more subdued black/navy?

adidas Ultraboost 1.0 “Triple White” Returning For 10th Anniversary

The adidas Ultraboost 1.0 “Triple White” returns this Fall 2025, commemorating 10 years since one of the brand’s most popular sneakers first launched. Released in 2015, the original pair is infamous for its unique release story. Launched as an all-white shoe, the production model featured a black outsole that was famously worn by Kanye West at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards. That moment is what etched the colorway into sneaker history.

Kanye West jumps mid-performance at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, showcasing the Triple White adidas Ultraboost on stage.

Fast forward a few months, and adidas worked with its Consortium line to correct the black outsole for a true “Triple White” editon. Crafted by creative directors James Carnes and Dirk Schönberger, their updated version was all-white as expected. From there, the Ultraboost grew as both a performance running shoe and lifestyle silhouette.

The 2025 retro is faithful to that refined model while offering some fresh details. The Primeknit upper is more breathable with a modernized pattern, faux snakeskin overlays appear on the lace cage and leather insoles are added for a premium touch. Gold “ultra boost” branding replaces the silver original for a cleaner finish, too. On the inside, the classic Boost midsole and Continental outsole provide the same cushy comfort that popularized the Ultraboost era.

The Ultraboost is an enduring shoe. Its original release was a pivotal moment for adidas. It rode a wave of momentum, helped by Kanye West and the act of releasing the same performance running shoe for men and women at the same time. The Boost hype has since died down, but adidas continues to look back on its defining models and return with updated rereleases that play into the nostalgia while offering some small updates. Many fans will see this release as the “true” Triple White moment.

The adidas Ultraboost 1.0 “Triple White” will be available Fall 2025 in men’s sizing for $180 at adidas.com and select retailers.

This Nike Pegasus Premium Doesn’t Have Any Text On It

Scheduled to launch this Fall, Nike’s Pegasus Premium “Black/Metallic Silver” is a pared-back SP release with a slightly more lifestyle-driven bias.

Not as obvious Pegasus as usual, this pair is devoid of side markings, heel tags, or the readable “Air Zoom” branding. Nike also holds the essential Swoosh and ZoomX/ReactX indicators along the midsole for familiarity.

The color palette in play is direct and polarizing, the black knit uppers contrasting nicely against a clean, white tongue. Metallic Silver Swooshes dress up the appeal while a gentle blue hue on the visible Zoom Air unit gives this upgrade a more subtle third dimension.

The Pegasus Premium “Black/Metallic Silver” will drop in Fall 2025 for $220 at Nike.com and key retailers.

The Pegasus family from Nike has had a long history in the performance sneaker space, yet this silhouette works well for the street and track.

Nike Pegasus Premium “Smoke Grey” Appears With “Volt” Accents

Nike is further expanding its performance running fleet with the new Nike Pegasus Premium “Smoke Grey”.

This fresh colorway features a breathable Smoke Grey mesh upper with a bold black sole. Volt green accents add contrast on the tongue, insole, and heel tab, while translucent blue Swooshes provide subtle contrast. These details offer a modern update to the traditional runner, without altering its DNA.

Inside, the Pegasus Premium blends ZoomX, Zoom Air, and ReactX cushioning for a responsive and comfortable ride. This combination is a continuation of it’s legacy, which has been one of Nike’s most iconic performance shoes for decades.

The Nike Pegasus Premium “Smoke Grey” will be available for $220 this Fall 2025 at Nike.com and selected retailers.

This is one of the more simple Pegasus releases in recent memory. The combination of performance and style will certainly attract runners and sneakerheads alike.
