Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Coals” Releases Holiday 2026

Nike Basketball is preparing another holiday-themed addition to its Kobe lineup. The upcoming Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Coals” is expected to release during the Holiday 2026 season, joining the long tradition of festive Kobe releases.

The Kobe 6 already holds legendary status among basketball sneakers. Its legacy grew even stronger after the iconic “Grinch” colorway debuted during Christmas in 2010. That pair remains one of the most recognizable performance sneakers ever created, thanks to its bold design and elite on-court performance.

Now, Nike appears ready to continue the holiday storytelling with a darker twist. Early reports from Sneaker Market Romania and @brandon1an suggest the “Coals” edition will draw inspiration from the classic holiday saying about naughty kids receiving coal in their stockings.

Initial details point to a Black, Venom Green, and Purple Venom color palette. While official images have not yet surfaced, mockups suggest a darker aesthetic compared to previous festive Kobe releases. Whether Nike adds holiday-themed graphics, special insoles, or unique packaging remains unknown.

The shoe is currently expected to release in Men’s, Grade School, and Preschool sizing, indicating a wider availability for collectors and younger fans alike.

As with many early sneaker reports, the current visuals circulating online are speculative mockups, meaning the final retail version could look different once Nike unveils the official design.

Nike Kobe 6 Protro Coals Release Date

The Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Coals” is rumored to arrive sometime between October and December 2026, aligning with Nike’s typical holiday release window. The retail price tag is set at $190 USD.

Nike Air Max DN8 “Have A Nike Day” Now Available (March 2026)

UPDATE 3/5/26: The Nike Air Max DN8 “Have A Nike Day” is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 2/26/26:
Nike has been subtly inserting fun back into their shoes recently and this pair takes full advantage. With a lot of playfulness here it feels like this wasn’t supposed to stay this clean for long.

A Pink Gaze base sets the tone, but it’s the scattered black splatter that really defines the upper. It feels almost accidental, like paint hitting fabric mid-motion, with small hits of orange tucked into the chaos. Black overlays pull things back under control around the eyestay and heel, while a Bright Violet Swoosh quietly connects to what’s happening underfoot. The smiley face logo at the heel lands naturally, more like a signature than a statement.

Down below, the tooling does most of the talking. The midsole carries a sculpted, almost molded look, with visible Bright Violet Air units spaced out in a way that feels different from older Air Max setups. Each pod sits on its own, giving the sole a segmented rhythm. A semi-translucent outsole finishes it off, with traction pods peeking through.

There’s a clear direction here, where Nike continues blending personality-driven themes with newer Air tech platforms.

The Nike Air Max DN8 “Have A Nike Day” releases March 5, 2026, via Nike.com and select retailers for $220.

Wale Debuts The Nike GT Future “Hyper Pink”

Nike Basketball continues to build momentum around its newest performance model, the Nike GT Future, with several new colorways planned throughout 2026. After gaining early attention during its debut year, the futuristic silhouette is beginning to show a broader range of styles that signal Nike’s long-term plans for the Greater Than series.

Following latest appearances in “Metallic Red Bronze” and “Warning Label” looks, the model has now surfaced in a striking “Hyper Pink/Black” colorway. The design follows a familiar color-blocking approach seen in previous pairs, which subtly references the streamlined aesthetic of the Nike Zoom Hyperflight. The connection adds a nostalgic layer while still pushing the GT Future’s modern performance identity.

This latest version leans heavily into vibrant energy, dressing the one-piece wavy shield upper entirely in Hyper Pink. Black accents balance the look across the Swoosh, tongue, laces, and outsole, creating a clean two-tone finish. The color scheme also brings to mind Nike Basketball’s long-running “Think Pink” initiative, which has historically honored cancer awareness through bold pink designs.

Interest around the GT Future has also grown thanks to early co-signs from Wale, who helped preview the silhouette in multiple exclusive colorways. Last year, he showcased a “Volt” player-exclusive pair and a “Metallic Orange” sample. He also released his own “Icy Blue” collaboration, further fueling anticipation around the model’s rollout.

Most recently, Wale shared a glimpse of the sneaker while posting a video to Instagram on March 4th. In the clip, the rapper can be seen performing his track “Watching Us” with Leon Thomas from his album, “everything is a lot.”

Air Jordan 40 “Metallic Copper” Now Available (March 2026)

UPDATE 3/5/26: The Air Jordan 40 “Copper” is now available on Nike.com.

Original Story 2/20/26:
Jordan Brand continues to build momentum around its 40th signature model, this time introducing a bold “Metallic Copper” finish for Spring 2026. As part of the Air Jordan line’s 40th anniversary rollout, the Air Jordan 40 blends modern performance with familiar design cues pulled from past eras. While recent pairs leaned into hybrid inspiration, this version keeps things focused on the model’s core build while letting the color do the talking.

The upper arrives fully coated in a shimmering copper tone with a textured surface that feels more like a crafted finish than a standard material. It gives off a refined, almost artistic look, while black accents on the lining, tongue, and midsole help balance the shine and ground the overall design.

Performance remains a key part of the story. The Air Jordan 40 introduces a new cushioning setup that combines ZoomX foam with a full-length Zoom Strobel, delivering a responsive and lightweight ride built for today’s game.

The Air Jordan 40 “Metallic Copper” is expected to release March 5th, 2026, with a retail price set at $205 USD.

As Jordan Brand continues to celebrate this milestone year, this colorway adds a more expressive option to the lineup without straying from performance roots.

Virgil Abloh Archive Releases The Virgil Reader Vol. 001 Ahead of Air Jordan 1 “Alaska” Launch

The legacy of Virgil Abloh continues to grow as his archive prepares for a new chapter. Ahead of the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 1 High “Alaska”, the Virgil Abloh Archive has introduced a new publication titled The Virgil Reader Vol. 001. The project offers fans and creatives a deeper look into the ideas and conversations that shaped Abloh’s groundbreaking career.

The book builds on the momentum from the archive’s recent presentation during Paris Fashion Week. That exhibition showcased key works and milestones from Abloh’s journey across fashion, design, and culture. The Virgil Reader Vol. 001 expands that experience by bringing together roughly a dozen interviews with the late designer, giving readers insight into the mindset that helped redefine modern streetwear and luxury fashion.

According to Abloh’s wife, Shannon Abloh, the initiative reflects Virgil’s long-standing belief in sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for future creatives. Through the Archive membership program and the new publication, the organization hopes to make his ideas more accessible while continuing the educational mission tied to his work.

The printed edition will be highly limited, with only 2,000 copies produced. To reach a broader audience, the Archive will also release a digital version available to free members. In addition, the platform will introduce the “Archive Toolkit,” a collection of free resources that will be updated throughout the year to support emerging designers and creatives.

Pre-orders for The Virgil Reader Vol. 001 are currently available at virgilabloh.com for $55, with a launch celebration scheduled for March 14–15 in Los Angeles. The event will take place at Architecture, where the publication and the wider Archive initiative will officially debut.

A Stealthy Jordan Spizike Low With Metallic Silver Elephant Print

Sometimes less is more. Or at least that’s what Jordan Brand takes to heart with a stealthier, more elegant take on its hybrid classic. It’s sleeker and moodier than what we’re used to, but that’s exactly why it works. Nestled among that design is the Jordan Spizike Low “Black/Metallic Silver”, a grayscale version of one of the brand’s most detailed shoes.

Black leather is utilized on the toe box, eyestays, collar, and heel to build a blank canvas. Ventilated midfoot panels introduce subtle texture while maintaining the all-black theme. This colorway then shifts attention toward the toe and heel, where classic elephant print overlays appear in a sharp Black and Metallic Silver finish.

Those patterned mudguards bring contrast without disrupting the model’s understated direction. Sitting beneath them is a solid black midsole with a visible Air unit in the heel, grounding the Jordan Spizike Low Black Silver with familiar Jordan cushioning. Matte TPU wings along the sides echo Air Jordan 4 DNA, while a small lace lock with a white Jumpman adds a quiet focal point.

Brand details stay crisp and minimal. A white Jumpman sits on the tongue and insoles, molded Jordan lettering crowns the tongue tab, and bold Jordan branding appears along the outsole. Circular heel badges reference Spike Lee’s legacy, including a Brooklyn emblem and the iconic 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks logo.

The Jordan Spizike Low “Black/Metallic Silver” releases April 30, 2026 for $165 via Nike.com and select retailers.

Jordan MVP 92 “Pale Ivory/Pinksicle” Brings A Lighter Take On ’90s DNA

Neutral tones continue shaping Jordan Brand’s current direction. This time, the shift lands on the Jordan MVP 92 “Pale Ivory/Pinksicle,” scheduled for Spring 2026. The colorway leans softer than past releases, balancing retro structure with everyday wearability.

A Pale Ivory leather base sets the tone. Mesh panels along the midfoot add airflow and break up the layering. Suede overlays wrap the forefoot and mudguard, bringing texture without feeling heavy. Black hits on the tongue, lining, and heel counter create contrast and keep the build grounded.

Pink accents do the rest. A Pinksicle Jumpman pops on the lateral heel and outsole, while Flight branding stands out against the black tongue. Subtle Crimson Tint details and angular midsole shapes nod to early ’90s design language. The speckled outsole with circular traction pods reinforces the model’s basketball roots.

This release reflects how Jordan Brand continues refining heritage silhouettes for lifestyle appeal.

Nike Dresses The Shox R4 in “Black” and “Light Magenta” For Summer 2026

Nike’s early-2000s running archive keeps resurfacing, and the Shox R4 remains one of the most recognizable pieces from that era. A Nike Shox R4 “Light Magenta” colorway is now on the way, bringing a vivid update to the futuristic silhouette that helped define the line.

Black handles the upper, built with smooth synthetic panels and small perforations around the collar and tongue. That darker foundation lets the Light Magenta sections take center stage. The bright tone wraps across the sculpted side panels, where the model’s ribbed lines stretch from the heel toward the forefoot. A black embroidered Swoosh sits along the midfoot, blending into the layout while still giving the design a familiar Nike touch.

Elsewhere on the shoe, little changes from the R4 blueprint. Black shoelaces lace over a perforated tongue embossed with Nike Shox branding highlighted with hints of magenta. The same magenta colorway bleeds into the lining and insole that continues the cohesive vibe.

The heel still makes a statement, as four Light Magenta Shox columns pair with a black support plate beneath the foot to provide ample bounce that made the silhouette iconic years ago. Outfitting the sneaker is a black rubber outsole equipped with circular traction pods.

Expect to cop the Nike Shox R4 “Light Magenta” in Summer 2026 retailing at $155 via Nike.com and select retailers.

Vans Skate Era Wafflecup Returns With Modern Skate Tech and Three Classic Colorways

Certain skate shoes never lose their place. They simply adapt to the way skating changes. Vans quietly continues that tradition with the Vans Skate Era Wafflecup, bringing fresh performance upgrades to a silhouette that has long lived at the center of the brand’s skate lineup.

The familiar Era profile remains intact, but the build underneath it feels more purposeful. Extra padding wraps the collar for a more secure feel, while Vans’ SickStick rubber helps the outsole grip the board with more consistency. Areas that typically wear down fastest are protected by DuraCap reinforcement, and PopCush cushioning underfoot softens hard landings without removing board feel. Small adjustments like these show how Vans continues refining its core skate models rather than redesigning them.

The color options keep things classic. One pair mixes navy and light blue canvas, creating a soft contrast that still feels rooted in traditional skate style. Another version leans darker, pairing black uppers with brown panels and subtle orange details. A third option goes timeless with a black-and-white layout, letting the contrast stitching and white sole do most of the visual work.

The Vans Skate Era Wafflecup is available now for $75 each, marking the return of the model after quietly disappearing from Vans’ catalog earlier in 2025. Grab pairs here through Vans.com.

adidas and Liberty London Draw From Dutch Pottery For The Delftware Pack

Some of the most interesting sneaker ideas start far outside the world of sport. That’s the case with the Liberty London x adidas Delftware Pack, a collaboration shaped by the long tradition of Dutch Delftware pottery and its delicate blue floral artwork.

Consisting of two womenswear exclusives, the Pack sees the release of the Handball Spezial and Sambae. Available in light blue, silver and cream hues, both silhouettes are defined by their traditional gum soles. Patterned jacquard adorns the side panels of both pairs, showcasing collaborative floral motifs translated across each silhouette reminiscent of hand painted glazed Delftware.

On the Handball Spezial, soft light blue suede runs across the toe, eyestay, and heel. The tone stays consistent across the upper, letting the patterned panels take attention. Silver Three Stripes and heel branding break up the softness with a slight metallic shine.

The Sambae approaches the palette a little differently. While the silver branding stays in place, the suede toe shifts to a creamy off-white instead of blue. That change gives the pair a softer contrast and makes the Delftware floral fabric stand out more clearly.

Liberty London has spent years bringing its textile heritage into adidas footwear. Here, the design leans more understated than usual, letting texture and pattern do the storytelling.

The Liberty London x adidas Delftware Pack is scheduled to release in Spring 2026 through adidas.com and select retailers.

Nike Air Max TL 2.5 “White/Metallic Silver” Releases Spring 2026

Sometimes a colorway doesn’t try to reinvent a silhouette. Instead, it simply lets the design speak for itself. That approach fits the Nike Air Max TL 2.5 “White/Metallic Silver,” a clean execution of the retro runner that has now surfaced through images ahead of its Spring 2026 release.

Breathable white mesh covers the full length of the upper for a weightless, minimalist look. Synthetic overlays curve across each side of the shoe, meeting at the heel to create signature TL-series movement. The shoe appears very reminiscent of Nike’s peak performance running era of the early-2000s.

Silver accents are used sparingly, rather than taking over the shoe. Vertical reflective accents are hidden within the molded overlay construction, creating pops of Silver within the low contrast color palette. A miniature Nike Swoosh next to the toe and MAXAIR branding down the eyestay and heel wrap up the essential logos.

Underfoot, the design keeps things classic. A full-length Air unit stretches across the midsole, visible from heel to forefoot and slightly tinted for contrast. Beneath that sits a segmented rubber outsole that keeps traction simple while staying true to the runner’s original purpose.

The Nike Air Max TL 2.5 “White/Metallic Silver” releases Spring 2026 for $180 USD via Nike.com and select retailers.

Nike GT Cut 4 “Kay Yow” Releases March 2026

UPDATE 3/4/26: Official images of the Nike GT Cut 4 “Kay Yow” have now surfaced ahead of its March 18, 2026 release. The latest look highlights the monochrome pink design, metallic silver Swoosh accents, and the Kay Yow ribbon replacing the standard GT heel branding. Retail is set at $210.

Original Story 1/2/26:
Nike has used the basketball court for awareness purposes in its Kay Yow partnership since 2008. The legacy continues with the Nike GT Cut 4 “Kay Yow.” The initiative has long blended performance footwear with purpose, making these releases more than seasonal color updates.

This GT Cut 4 leans into restraint rather than spectacle. A monochrome pink build defines the upper, while metallic silver accents sharpen the Swoosh and lace tips. Notably, the heel drops the standard GT emblem in favor of the Kay Yow ribbon, a subtle but meaningful shift. Newly surfaced official images also provide a clearer look at the Kay Yow ribbon branding and metallic Swoosh details.

Within Nike Basketball’s recent GT lineage, this version prioritizes symbolism over experimentation.

Nike Air Max 95 “Neon” Releases March 5th

The energy around the Nike Air Max 95 “Neon” isn’t slowing down anytime soon, as one of Nike’s most recognizable colorways prepares for another major release. After a limited run in 2025 sparked long lines and quick sell-outs, the iconic “Neon” look is officially set to return on March 5th, giving more consumers a chance to secure a pair.

Originally introduced in 1995, the Air Max 95 “Neon” continues to stand as a cornerstone within Nike’s Air Max legacy. Its signature gradient upper, paired with bright volt accents, helped define the model’s identity and remains just as impactful today. Even during the brand’s recent “Big Bubble” push and 30th anniversary celebration, this colorway has remained the centerpiece.

This upcoming release expands accessibility in a major way. Unlike the previous drop, which was limited to adult sizing, the March launch will include a full family size run. That means men’s, women’s, grade school, preschool, and toddler sizing will all be available, making it one of the most inclusive releases of the silhouette in recent years.

The “Neon” theme is also extending beyond just the Air Max 95. Nike continues to build momentum around the color scheme, with similar high-visibility styles appearing on other models like the Air Max 90, reinforcing its importance across the broader Air Max lineup.

Nike Air Max 95 Neon 2026 Release Date

Set to launch via SNKRS, the Nike Air Max 95 “Neon” will retail for $190 in adult sizing, with scaled pricing across kids’ options. Given the history and continued demand, this release is expected to move quickly once it goes live.

Dashawn Jordan x Nike SB Dunk Low “Copperhead” Releases March 14th

UPDATE 3/4/26: Official images of the Dashawn Jordan x Nike SB Dunk Low “Copperhead” have now surfaced ahead of the release. The pair will launch March 14th at skate shops, followed by a wider drop on March 17th through SNKRS. Retail is confirmed at $140.

Original Story 2/19/26:
Dashawn Jordan’s long-awaited Nike SB Dunk Low is finally on the horizon, and the story behind it runs deeper than most collaborations. Rooted in Arizona heritage, the design pulls directly from the “Copperhead” Arizona Diamondbacks cap worn during the franchise’s 2001 World Series run—something Jordan has referenced for years as a personal source of inspiration.

Before becoming a Nike SB rider, Jordan built his name early. He started skating at 11, then broke through with a win at Tampa Am in 2016. From there, X Games success and consistent progression helped solidify his place in the culture. Throughout that journey, he stayed vocal about one goal—bringing that iconic Diamondbacks colorway to life on a sneaker.

That vision now arrives in full form. The SB Dunk Low features textured snake-inspired overlays paired with black suede panels for balance. Inside, a rich purple lining adds contrast, while teal hits appear on the heel tabs and tongue branding, alongside Jordan’s name. The design stays grounded with a blacked-out sole, allowing the details to stand out without feeling overdone. A standout touch comes in the form of a small copperhead graphic wrapped around the laces, tying directly into the theme. Newly surfaced official images also provide a closer look at the snake-textured overlays and the copperhead lace detail that anchors the Arizona-inspired design.

Beyond aesthetics, the release carries cultural weight. The connection to Arizona runs deep, even catching the attention of Diamondbacks legend Randy Johnson. Jordan has also hinted at more to come tied to the team, adding another layer of anticipation.

adidas BadBo 1.0 “Puerto Rico” Cleats Revealed For Team Puerto Rico

As the World Baseball Classic gets underway, national teams are showcasing special gear designed for the global tournament. Team Puerto Rico recently revealed a standout pair of cleats tied to one of the island’s biggest cultural figures.

The adidas BadBo 1.0 “Puerto Rico” cleat was unveiled by several Team Puerto Rico players on social media, including Kiké Hernández, José De León, Edwin Díaz, and Martín Maldonado. The player-exclusive design connects directly to Bad Bunny’s heritage, blending baseball performance with the superstar’s growing influence within adidas’ footwear lineup.

Visually, the cleat features a bold two-tone blue upper inspired by Puerto Rico’s national colors. Subtle details add meaning to the design, including Bad Bunny’s initials and references to Puerto Rico placed near the ankle collar. The look highlights national pride while celebrating the artist’s connection to the island.

For now, this particular “Puerto Rico” edition remains a player-exclusive release worn by Team Puerto Rico during the tournament. However, adidas is expected to launch the BadBo 1.0 baseball cleat to the public later this year, marking the silhouette’s broader debut beyond the diamond.

The reveal adds another layer of anticipation around the BadBo line, especially as Bad Bunny continues expanding his influence across sports, culture, and footwear.

Crocs and McDonald’s Turn The All-American Game Into Happy Meal Toys

Every year, the McDonald’s All-American Game gives basketball fans an early look at the sport’s future. The showcase has built a reputation for highlighting elite high school talent just before they become college standouts or NBA stars. This time around, the event is making a small but interesting jump into the footwear world through a playful collaboration with Crocs and McDonald’s.

Instead of shoes designed for competition, the partnership arrives through a set of collectible Happy Meal toys. The lineup features tiny versions of the Classic Clog, each styled with colors and graphics tied to the All-American Game and McDonald’s recognizable look.

Some of the designs embrace the hoops-theme with stars, jersey-numbering and printed lines reminiscent of the court on the uppers. Others play more into McDonald’s branding with big blocks of red, blue and yellow with splashes of the Golden Arches. Design-wise, the miniature Crocs still feature the iconic details like vent holes and sporty curved strap.

Seeing both hoops inspiration and McDonald’s branding mashed together makes these toys feel nostalgic. If you’ve collected Happy Meal toys for years, likely this will spark some feels. Kids these days just get another cool mash up of basketball and Crocs’ coolness.

The McDonlad’s x Crocs Happy Meal Toys are scheduled to arrive March 10th at participating McDonald’s locations while supplies last.
