You certainly can’t ignore that fact with the brand’s latest endeavor, as this hybrid takes influence from movement just as much as it does basketball. Meet the Jordan Pointe “Black/Sail.”

True to form, the silhouette remains relatively minimal. A sleek matte black upper extends clean-cut from toe to heel with only some soft overlays lightly adding structure throughout. Spanning across the midfoot is a wide elastic strap in place of laces that hooks into a triangular Flight badge, allowing branding to remain subtle.

The detail down low speaks volumes in contrast. Sculpted in Sail, the midsole bends through the midfoot with swooping organic curves.
