Aminé’s Portland-Exclusive New Balance 2000 Limited To 100 Pairs

The Aminé x New Balance 2000 “Biblioteca” is getting even more exclusive. Beyond the October 4th launch, only 100 extra pairs will be raffled during Aminé’s Best Day Ever Festival in Portland, taking place September 13–14.

The ultra-limited edition design is the same chunky “Biblioteca” silhouette, but it comes infused with this exclusive raffle-only energy. The fun and over-the-top color-blocking of neon blue mesh, hot pink trim, and orange accents with green overlays perfectly represents the festival’s spirit. The glow-in-the-dark details and brash “Club Banana Research” callouts lend an idiosyncrasy that’s true to Aminé. It’s a sneaker that will turn heads and embody the spirit of Portland’s creative energy.

To secure a chance at the raffle, fans must preorder the wider Biblioteca release during the festival. That guarantees them a retail pair and automatically enters them into the drawing for this ultra-rare collectible. It’s a clever way to connect sneaker culture with local community events, turning the drop into more than just another release.

While this is the first official global collaboration on the 2000 model, it follows Joe Freshgoods’ extremely limited pink pair that appeared quietly earlier in 2025. Together, these drops prove that the New Balance 2000 is stepping into the spotlight with bold, culture-first storytelling. Sneakerheads who secure one of the 100 pairs will own a piece of that history.

Release Date & Where To Buy

The Aminé x New Balance 2000 Biblioteca Portland Exclusive will be raffled September 13–14 at Best Day Ever Fest, with only 100 pairs available. The wider Biblioteca release arrives October 4th on NewBalance.com and select retailers.

Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 3.0 Releases September 13th

UPDATE 9/9/25: The Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 3.0 releases September 13, 2025, for $275. Featuring Sachs’ neutral palette with red and wheat accents, the design updates include open mesh, a TPU heel clip, and reinforced toe-cap. Accompanying the launch was the ISRU app which introduces users to a story that unlocks creative and daily challenges. The retail component of this remains to be unclear.

Original Story:
Nike has confirmed the release of the Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 3.0, set for September 2025. This highly anticipated sneaker continues the Mars Yard series with fresh design updates. However, the collaboration has sparked mixed reactions due to past controversies surrounding Sachs.

The Mars Yard 3.0 features key performance enhancements for improved functionality. A TPU heel clip provides extra support, while a carbon fiber plate enhances stability. Nike React foam ensures superior comfort for all-day wear. The sneaker maintains its signature mesh and suede upper, complemented by a red nylon pull tab. A silkscreen-printed Swoosh adds to the exploration-inspired aesthetic. For durability, black rubber foxing reinforces the toe, and a red lace keeper refines the fit.

Nike’s decision to move forward with Sachs follows a pause in their partnership due to workplace misconduct allegations. In September 2023, Nike resumed collaboration, but the sneaker community remains divided. While some eagerly await the latest installment, others distance themselves from the brand association.

UPDATE 7/7/25: Nike and Tom Sachs have officially resumed their partnership, confirming the release of the Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 3.0 in September 2025 for $275 USD. This marks the third chapter in the iconic Mars Yard series, which began over a decade ago.

To celebrate the announcement, Nike and Sachs shared a detailed 17-minute video that explores the design evolution, creative inspiration, and cultural impact of the Mars Yard line. The video highlights Sachs’ hands-on design approach and features his famous quote: “Nike Running is for runners, Nike Basketball is for basketball, and NikeCraft is for everyone else.”

Toward the end of the video, at the 16-minute mark, Sachs offers an exciting teaser — the Mars Yard 4.0 is already in the early stages of development, continuing the legacy of this boundary-pushing collaboration.

SBTG’s Nike SB Dunk Low Returns From The 2006 Archive in 2025

The SBTG Nike SB Dunk Low from 2006 is officially making its return—sort of. Rather than a true retro, Singaporean artist SBTG is re-releasing pairs from his personal archive, giving sneakerheads a rare shot at owning the original design nearly two decades later.

This pair, first launched in the golden era of SB Dunks, stood out with its military-inspired camo, distressed overlays, and signature lace flap hardware. The bold green Swoosh, custom tongue embroidery, and red interior graphics all carried SBTG’s signature hand-painted feel. For 2006, this was radical design work—details sneaker culture has since come to embrace widely. That’s why many still call this Dunk one of the most legendary collabs of its era.

But the archive drop doesn’t stop there. Alongside the Dunk, SBTG is making past collaborations available with ASICS, New Balance, DC Shoes, Thrasher, and PUMA. From fly-print panels to quilted uppers, the range highlights his ability to merge streetwear grit with sneaker design across multiple brands. Few artists can point to such a diverse footwear portfolio.

While no confirmed release date has been shared yet, SBTG has hinted that announcements will roll out soon. For collectors, this archive release is a reminder that some designs don’t just age well—they become cultural artifacts. That’s the kind of history sneaker fans don’t want to miss.

The SBTG Nike SB Dunk Low Archive Release and supporting pairs will launch in 2025 via SBTG’s own channels. Stay tuned for updates and official release details.

UPDATE 9/9/25: JJJJound officially announces their “Realtree” Crocs Classic Clog releases September 18th. Enjoy the official photos below.

Original Story 8/25/25:
The JJJJound x Crocs Classic Clog “Realtree Camo” is the Montreal-based label’s highly-anticipated follow up to their 2023 debut collaboration with Crocs. As with much of the brand’s output, JJJJound is known for dressing to a minimal, refined aesthetic, but here the brand reinvents the Classic Clog with an outdoorsy, rugged edge.

Featuring a Realtree camo print in colorways, each individual pair of Crocs will have a variation in pattern placement to further enhance a natural, one of a kind aesthetic. Subtle branding also follows JJJJound’s design language with detachable “SPORT” and “JJJJound” Jibbitz charms, as well as tonal logo placements on the adjustable strap. It’s that pared back approach to design that makes the collaboration so enticing.

The JJJJound x Crocs Classic Clog “Realtree Camo” is set to release on September 18, 2025, with individual pairs available via JJJJound’s website and Crocs. Keep an eye out for more official news and updates as we get closer to the release.

Action Bronson x New Balance 992 “Tiger Eye” Releases September 2025

Stay tuned for updates on where to buy this release.

Original Story:
Action Bronson and New Balance are back to stir the sneaker pot with the new Action Bronson x New Balance 992. Honestly, it looks like Fall, construction sites, and your loudest uncle’s hoodie had a baby—and we are here for it.

Debuted at Bronson’s BAKLAVA Mega Store pop-up, this pair screams rugged charm. The sneaker features a fiery red-orange mesh base surrounded by heavy-duty brown suede and synthetic overlays. Basically, if your Timberlands had a sneaker cousin, it would be these.

Adding even more chaos, there’s a royal blue tongue, just to make sure no outfit stays boring. BAKLAVA branding hits the heel, while a thick black ABZORB midsole guarantees comfort even when your boss yells about overtime.

But seriously, the Action Bronson NB 992 is a perfect mashup of lifestyle and streetwear. It’s loud, proud, and probably better dressed than half the people you know.

NIGO x Levi’s x Nike Air Force 3 Low Pack Releases Fall 2025

Streetwear pioneer NIGO and Levi’s are teaming up again with Nike to deliver fresh takes on the Air Force 3 Low. The new collection comes in two colorways, “Olive Grey” and “Enigma Stone.” A third “Bamboo” edition is expected but hasn’t been revealed yet.

Each of the two colorways comes with Levi’s® denim overlays; the premium suede with a vintage workwear aesthetic. “Olive Grey” brings together distressed surfaces and artificially aged midsoles to replicate NIGO’s affinity for well-worn denim. While “Enigma Stone” pairs washed teal denim with muted suede to lend the sneaker a retro-future look. Both come with metallic lace dubraes etched with “Force” branding and oversized tongue logos, as well as co-branded Levi’s pull tags, stitched to the side panels.

Even the box is a nice touch. The shoebox comes with a vintage “Air Force 3” graphic, this time with a denim print. On the insoles, there’s an old Levi’s ad artwork, adding another Americana reference. This extra dose of storytelling is what makes this collaboration stand out from the average Nike drops. Another fun detail is the sneakerheads will notice how the heel is split into two brands: “Nike Air” on one side and “Ogin Force” on the other. The inside joke about footwear design idiosyncrasies is a trademark of NIGO’s work.

This drop is a direct continuation from NIGO’s original Air Force 3 collection first released in 2024 and it’s Levi’s first official release on the silhouette. Merging Levi’s denim history with Basketball lore, the design language feels natural as opposed to some of the forced hype we see thrown around these days. Collector note!

The Air Jordan 1 Low Method of Make v3 “Sail” brings Jordan Brand’s quest to reimagine the classics into the present.

Decked out in Sail, Coconut Milk, Anthracite, and Metallic Silver, the pair blends nods to the past with new details sneakerheads will appreciate. Smooth Sail leather overlays and Anthracite mesh underlays don diamond-grid patterning. But the standout is the iridescent Metallic Silver Swoosh that shines with flashes of orange and pink depending on the angle. The Coconut Milk midsole also adds a bit of vintage flair, while the Anthracite outsole keeps traction anchored in Jordan DNA.

The materials are kept lightweight in mesh and synthetic upper construction. The moulded heel cages and reflective accents add function while upping the visual profile. Highlights in Grey on the midsole and outsole. Fans of the Vomero line from Nike will recognize this update in a modern context. Our Legacy Work Shop x Converse Chuck 70 Releases September 12th

The Our Legacy Work Shop x Converse Chuck 70 is a collaboration that updates vintage techniques on two new interpretations of the silhouette.

Our Legacy was established in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden. The brand has built a reputation for transforming garments to acquire a rugged, unfinished appeal. This ethos is represented on the Our Legacy x Chuck 70 as the label embosses its logo across the model. This isn’t the label’s first venture on the silhouette as earlier this year Our Legacy customized Stüssy x Chuck 70s with dyed uppers and the brand’s stitched Yin Yang emblem. On these, the same emblem is embroidered into the ankle.

The two colorways, “Natural Ivory” and “Espresso” are both a play on versatility. Raw canvas uppers, tonal stitching and co-branding elements are present on both. On closer inspection though are subtle details that pay homage to Chucks from the 1960s through to 1980s. Foxing tape is laid unevenly, rubber walls are taller, toe caps are shorter, and bumpers are placed sporadically – all creating an overall hand-finished appearance. This kind of meticulous detail separates this collaboration from a traditional retro drop.

The Our Legacy Work Shop x Converse Chuck 70 will be available for release September 12, 2025, via Our Legacy, Converse and retailers including Dover Street Market.

Hellstar x adidas Superstar Brings Flames To 2025 Release

The Hellstar x adidas Superstar is a collaboration that brings flames, graphics, and showstopping details to an iconic silhouette.

Hellstar is a streetwear brand that launched in 2020 in Los Angeles. Since then, the brand has attracted a roster of celebrity fans and put out garments that are maximalist to say the least. Names like Kai Cenat, Lil Uzi Vert, and Metro Boomin have all rocked Hellstar in public. Hellstar is now taking their brand to the next level by debuting their take on a true adidas classic: the Superstar.

There’s no playing it safe on this Superstar. The entire sneaker is engulfed in flames that run along the midsole and upper. Thick stitching and uncut eyestays give the shoe an undone look, which Hellstar balances with a distressed face graphic on the heel. Smoky details line the shell toe and outsole. Hellstar doesn’t skimp on the branding either, as the laces are wrapped in the brand’s signature spell-out design. Hellstar also placed a custom logo on the tongue, a real honor because adidas only reserves that spot for its most high-profile collaborations. In other words, you can expect this Hellstar x adidas Superstar to make some serious noise.

Hellstar sneakerheads may have even seen this collaboration coming. Over the last few seasons, adidas sneakers have shown up in the brand’s lookbooks quite a bit. But what’s interesting about this drop is that Hellstar also sent its community a sneak peek of the collab on Discord. From there, teaser posts began popping up all over the brand’s social media accounts.

While there’s no release date for the Hellstar x adidas Superstar, it’s clear that an official announcement is just around the corner. The collab has all the makings of a major release, and will certainly be one of the most unique Superstars in years.

ASICS is dialing up the collaboration game with the ASICS GEL-Cumulus 16 “Tomo”. But why stop at one creative partner when you can have seven?

This sneaker gets its magic touch from an elite crew of U.S. retailers known as “Tomo” accounts. These include A Ma Maniére, CNCPTS, Extra Butter, Feature, Sneaker Politics, Lapstone & Hammer, and Somewhere DC. Basically, it’s like the sneaker version of The Avengers—minus the capes.

Despite juggling seven ideas, the design is surprisingly polished. The GEL-Cumulus 16 blends white mesh with metallic silver panels and green, teal, and purple overlays. The New Balance Numeric 770 revisits the popular CXT770, a cross-trainer loved by many in the 90’s. Now nearly 30 years later the CXT770 is reborn as a skate shoe while maintaining that retro aesthetic.

Underfoot the shoe has molded polyurethane insoles to provide soft landings, as well as an “Integrated Counter Reinforcer Footframe System” to keep you balanced. Internal straps ensure the tongue stays in place, which meets the bar set by modern skate shoes while also staying true to its cross-trainer origins.

The Air Jordan 1 Low Method of Make V3 Suits Up in Black And Chrome

The Air Jordan 1 Low Method of Make V3 “Black/Metallic Silver” takes you to the future while tapping into Jordan lore.

The Air Jordan 1 debuted back in 1985 and has been reimagined thousands of ways since then, but this release truly takes it back to the future with a chrome 3D Swoosh and reflective overlays. It draws upon previous experimental iterations like the AJ1 Low Method of Make, but it’s definitely more cyber-tripped out.

Mesh underlays keep things breathable while glossy black and metallic silver panels add an armored appearance. The Wings logo on the heel and Nike Air branding on the tongue are classic details, but the rope laces with reflective striping add a futuristic edge. That’s the kind of subtle detail sneakerheads will notice the moment they lay their eyes on this drop.

Perched on a blacked-out midsole and outsole, the shoe continues the basketball DNA but is undeniably street appeal.
