Nike Field General 82 “Zebra” Brings Bold Animal Print To A Classic

The Nike Field General 82 “Zebra” style injects wilderness into the tried and true 1982 trainer silhouette with wild animal print colorway.

This pair has a pony hair upper in black and white zebra stripes for instant stand out among previous Field General releases.

Balancing out the crazed stripes are black leather Swooshes, heel tabs and eyestays. Chunky embossed “NIKE” branding adds to the throwback look. Black flat laces and a slick tongue complete the upper. Underfoot is a rugged studded outsole, keeping the silhouette functional and rooted in its training DNA.

The Nike Field General 82 “Zebra” will be available Fall 2025 for $120 at Nike.com and select retailers.

Travis Scott Attends Apple Event Wearing Vintage Apple Sneakers

Apple’s annual Keynote event in Cupertino was full of notable announcements for the iPhone 17 lineup, including the ultra-thin iPhone Air. However, all eyes were on Travis Scott as he walked into the event in a pair of ultra-rare vintage Apple sneakers that’s one of the rarest sneakers of all-time.

Scott has a notable rotation in sneakers mostly sticking to Nike and Jordan, but he broke up the run with the all-white Apple sneakers from the early 1990s. The pairs of sneakers were never intended for retail, with the rare Apple sneakers only being gifted to Apple employees. The sneakers only have a small “Apple” logo stitched on the side in red and were used to promote Apple, with some of the earliest tech-era designs in the bag. They’re one of the rarest sneakers of all-time and are even considered a grail item when they resurface, with pairs usually selling for at least six figures.

The release comes as Scott continues to build an unrivaled legacy in the sneaker world, but the retro set he flexed at Apple’s Keynote isn’t tied to Nike or Jordan. The release date of Scott’s next drop with Jordan Brand and Fragment Design is just around the corner on September 20th, but for now, the rare Apple sneakers make another headline. Scott’s decision to wear a pair of the sneakers outside of Nike and Jordan will have some wondering about the long-term potential and projects Scott will continue to be involved with.

It’s clear that the Apple sneakers will have a special place in sneaker culture due to the rarity and high-profile co-sign from Scott. The sneakers are simple in design and have an unassuming look and feel, but the rarity, company-exclusive history, and celebrity endorsement will only make them more mythic over time. Travis Scott wore a pair at one of Apple’s biggest yearly events in history. When you have sneakers like these, it just proves that the rarest sneakers are always out there and you’ll find them in the wildest places.

While the Apple sneakers won’t be receiving a retail release, being seen by Travis Scott at the iPhone 17 release will only contribute to its status as one of the most legendary sneakers of all-time.

Reebok x Dora Collection Releases September 17th

Reebok is teaming up with Paramount Consumer Products and Nickelodeon for a playful collab inspired by the world’s favorite explorer, Dora. Drawn from the brand’s updated animated series DORA, the Reebok x Dora Collection launches globally on September 17, 2025.

The lineup spotlights two classic silhouettes reimagined with playful details. The Classic Leather is available in women’s ($90) and preschool ($80) sizes and features floral side stripes, “friendship bracelet” lace accents, and bilingual tongue tags. Preschool pairs also include cheerful Dora graphics to add to the character. The Club C 85 is available in preschool ($60) and toddler ($50) sizes and is made with a glittery chalk upper, embroidered flower details, and shimmer heel tabs. Bright branding and tongue labels with phrases like “Ready to Explore?” are shared across both silhouettes.

The release is the latest in Reebok’s playful collaborations that are rooted in pop culture. Recent collabs with Peppa Pig and Jurassic Park highlighted how the brand mines childhood nostalgia while providing parents with stylish, durable kids footwear. It’s that balance of fun and function that makes the Dora capsule shine.

The Reebok x Dora Collection will be available September 17, 2025 at 10AM ET on Reebok.com and at select retailers. Which pair will your little adventurer be lacing up?

Original Story 6/8/25:
Nike is turning heads again—this time with the women’s Astra Ultra “Triple Black”, a sneaker that looks like it time-traveled from the year 3025. Drenched in mystery and matte black, this sleek silhouette is a bold leap into Nike’s fashion-forward future.

UNDEFEATED Celebrates Korea Pop-Up With Exclusive Converse Chuck 70

UNDEFEATED has made a big first impression in South Korea, debuting a pop-up shop in Lotte World Mall in Seoul. For the grand opening of its temporary store, the LA-based streetwear brand dropped a series of exclusive sneakers and apparel for the community.

Leading the drop are the Converse Chuck 70 collabs from UNDEFEATED’s archives. From last year, the “Fundamentals” pack made a comeback in pristine black and parchment high-tops, the classic silhouette treated with some discreet light-blue detailing for an elevated touch. UNDEFEATED also revived its 2023 Chuck 70 Mid capsule in parchment and black, each adorned with military-adjacent heel tags to keep the brand’s utilitarian spirit front and center.

It’s a major step forward. UNDEFEATED has fused West Coast vibes and global swagger for a while, but this pop-up helps further cement their increasingly influential Asian presence. It also marks an important vote of confidence in these archival Converse silhouettes as well, as UNDEFEATED is reintroducing styles that have proven both ageless and perennially popular.

The UNDEFEATED x Converse Chuck 70 exclusives are available now exclusively at the Seoul pop-up. For Korean sneakerheads, this is a rare opportunity to pick up a pair otherwise tucked away in the archive.

The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ““Muslin/Pale Ivory”” delivers a crafted design built on layered textures.

The shoe begins with a hemp weave before adding suede overlays to the forefoot and heel. Canvas lacing ties a leather cage to the sides of the shoe in place of the model’s standard TPU treatment.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sushi Club” Raffle Live

UPDATE 9/10/25: The Nike Air Force 1 Sushi Club is a special collaboration with the sushi-infused lifestyle brand created by chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his business partner Chris Stamp. Pairs are now open for raffle entry at a price tag of $150 excluding taxes, fees, and shipping. Don’t pass this one up!

Original Story 8/18/25:
The Sushi Club x Nike Air Force 1 Low is back for Fall 2025, blending premium details with that clean white-on-white look fans never get tired of.

Sushi Club, created by Chris Stamp and legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa, already dipped into AF1s with exclusive editions for its New York and Beverly Hills spots. Those pairs hit $275 and disappeared fast. This time, the brand is going wider, dropping a version that feels just as elevated but arrives at a more accessible $150.

The shoe doesn’t scream for attention, which makes it better. Tumbled leather runs across the base, while hairy suede Swooshes add texture without breaking the minimalist vibe. Small but sharp touches stand out — “Sushi Club” stamped into the panels, metallic lettering inside, and a lace dubrae shaped like chopsticks. It’s the kind of design move you catch up close, not across the street.

Pharrell x adidas Adistar Jellyfish “Real Green” Releases October 2025

Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals are continuing their original era with a revival of the iconic Adistar Jellyfish, this time emerging in a new “Real Green” colorway. Following the initial “Orange” drop, the sneakers fuse a nostalgic run DNA with the creativity of Pharrell, making for a style that’s as at home on the street as it is on the runway.

Having teased the chunky silhouette on major runways, including at Paris Fashion Week, the “Real Green” colorway recently appeared on the designer’s @skateboard Instagram, igniting the hype from fans who were unable to secure a pair during previous releases.

The silhouette takes inspiration from the early 2000s Adistar Cushion 3, but given a forward-thinking update. A pristine white mesh canvas acts as a blank canvas for rich green overlays, 3D cut midsole details and translucent black Three Stripes. Segmented exoskeleton-inspired overlays add structure to the design, while reflective accents are dotted throughout for a flash of visibility. Underfoot, the sneakers feature a combination of AdiPRENE+ cushioning and adidas’ Torsion System for optimal comfort and support, straddling modern performance and retro flair.

It’s the combination of these heritage techs that make this particular pair noteworthy—it’s nostalgic in aesthetic while exuding the energy of modern-day lifestyle culture.

Nike AlphaFly 3 “The Sting” Now Available (September 2025)

UPDATE 9/10/25: The Nike AlphaFly 3 “The Sting” is now available on Nike.com for $305 USD.

Original Story 7/3/25:
Nike is buzzing with nostalgia! The Nike AlphaFly 3 “The Sting” zooms into Summer 2025, blending retro flair with modern speed. Inspired by the 1970s original “The Sting,” this wild new runner ditches old-school tech but keeps the eye-popping look.

Bold green and orange hues wrap the upper in a woven mesh build. It’s not nylon like the OG, but it gets the job done—and turns heads. While the funky D-ring eyelets didn’t make the trip from the ’70s, the aged midsole gives it that vintage swagger. Think of it as your grandpa’s racing shoe… if grandpa ran marathons in Flyknit.

The max-cushioned ZoomX sole remains a highlight, featuring twin Zoom Air pods, a carbon Flyplate, and enough bounce to launch you into orbit—or just a fast 5K. The outsole even shows off a green-tinted core and waffle-like grip, because speed doesn’t mean slip.

The Nike Alphafly 3 “The Sting” releases September 10, 2025 at Nike.com and select retailers with a $305 price tag.

In closing, this pair combines heritage colors with cutting-edge comfort. Runners and collectors alike, prepare to swarm!

New Balance 2000 “Pearl Grey” Surfaces With Sleek Gradient Look

The New Balance 2000 “Pearl Grey” is a new take on the contemporary runner, starting with a sleek purple gradient base.

Grey overlays wrap around the upper with the ABZORB midsole fully clad in a matching Pearl Grey. That monochrome aesthetic allows the purple-to-white mesh underlays to pop — a signature sneakerheads will surely appreciate. Clean white touches on the tongue and sock liner keep the top action crisp.

The 2000 series continues to capitalize on the success of New Balance heritage-inspired runners such as the 990 and 2002R. There’s something between lifestyle and performance with this iteration, as it provides a simple but not simplistic silhouette.

This particular iteration of the 2000 fits right in between being a versatile staple and unique, a characteristic that has caused previous tonal New Balance drops to sell out quickly.

Air Jordan Mule Upgrades In A Premium “Brown Snakeskin”

The Air Jordan Mule “Brown Snakeskin” mixes loafer-inspired design with Jordan Brand’s more modern take on lifestyle sneakers. As a slip-on style, this backless Mule is a very casual take that has plenty of attitude, but also provides some off-court comfort.

Brown snakeskin-textured upper comes with a metallic gold Air Jordan plate across the strap. These two elements make for a more premium aesthetic, as does the chunky black platform sole. The Jordan silhouette with that street-ready lift fits right in with the rest of Jordan silhouettes that have taken more fashion-forward routes. Sneakerheads will eat this detail up.

Inside the shoe is a cushioned footbed with embossed branding for comfort. The slip-on style also makes this sneaker practical for day-to-day activities. It’s the sneaker DNA mixed with a laid-back lifestyle that Jordan has been dabbling in more.
